Aulani refillable mugs question

Hi

It has been a very loooonnnng time since we have bought refillable mugs while on a WDW vacation...however, we are considering it for our short trip to Aulani in April as I sense the drink prices are more expensive than WDW. We are going to Aulani April 5 & 6, then May 5 & 6 (we are travelling to New Zealand and are using Hawaii, and our DVC points, as the stopovers). I am curious whether folks feel it is worthwhile to purchase for 2 nights, and I assume the mugs would not be allowed to be used for both trips (however happy to hear otherwise)?

We are 2 40-something's and are not pop drinkers...no kids...

Advice/thoughts?

For your situation its very debate-able if it would even be worth it, especially if you are not pop drinkers. If you liked the look of the mugs and would like them as a souvenir then I would say purchase them, but you probably won't get your moneys worth as far as drinks.

You may want to just head across the street to the ABC Store and pic up some beverages there as another option.
