Aulani PhotoPass pre-order?

Can you only order the $99 PhotoPass CD in person at Aulani, or is it possible to pre-order it online or over the phone? Also curious if there are any discounts on ordering the CD apart from including it as part of a Private Portrait Session.

Just got back. A pre warning, there were no professional photographers at the Donald, or Mickey & Minnie meet and greet. If you buy the photopass and there are no photographers, I would be perturbed. I didnt purchase the pass so it didnt matter to me. Also, they seem to be having problems with the viewing of your photopass pics in the room, so you have to go to the gift shop to view them. I waited until I got home and purchased a couple online. I think the photo pass options at the parks are a much better deal.

I emailed the resort this week & asked, & their response was "there is currently no pre purchase of photo pass available."

we were at one mickey & minnie meet-and-greet on the big lawn but there was a professional photographer. you're correct, however, that there wasn't one in every single meet-and-greet. i remember DH commenting on that. in fact i asked him just now and he said it was stitch and donald that didn't have the photographer. we went to two stitch ones: one on the bridge and the other at the big lawn. it was the former that did not have a photographer.

i wonder why they wouldn't assign a photographer to every single meet-and-greet.

I dont know either. We were at the one on the big lawn. Maybe if they have the photographer there they dont make as much on the photopass. I know when we were at WDW we had over 350 photos on the photo pass. They need more photographers
