Aulani Owners get banked points extension, but...

But do you think the extension applies solely to Aulani points? I am hoping they'll do same for Grand Cal but my reservations there are WDW resort points used to reserve at VGC. Will those points be extended as well?

Right now. It is only Aulani. But, I’d venture to guess they will do something in some way for VGC owners.

Id bet they are waiting until they have an open date so they can adjust according.

FWIW, I have the same (WDW points used for VGC reservations that have been recently cancelled by Disney). I doubt the points will be extended ... and am expecting the answer from Disney to be: Deposit into RCI. Just guessing ...

I just read again and no, I do not think that any other extensions will be given to non home resort owners who just booked VGC.

Your home resort is open and therefore, no extension needed.
