Aulani - January or February?

Hello everyone.

My family is looking to go to Aulani in either Jan. or Feb. of 2012. I don't know if there is any benefit to either month. Anyone have any suggestions?

We are also planning on Aulani in February. We have been to Hawaii more than a few times, andwe prefer to go in the winter when it is cold at home. We have done Hawaii in January before and loved it. We have also done Hawaii in April and May, but never in February. I do know that both months are decent for whale watching and it isn't as likely to have stalled fronts that stop the trade winds.

Thank you for the quick reply. I guess my only concern would be to wait to book until the seventh month block for February and miss out on January if we are not able to get in. I suppose I could book Jan. and then cancel it when Feb. comes out. It doesn't appear there will be any issue with getting a room at 7 months out, but you never know...

We are looking to use up our banked points at the end of January in Hawaii then stay another week using 2013 points but we also have to wait and book at the seven month window. We have January 2013 BCV reservations as our back-up for the use of our banked points just in case things don’t pan out at the seven month window.
