Aulani Inclusive Experiences

Is the "Inclusive Experiences" linked below available to DVC rentals or only to nightly rate guests booked through Disney?

They are included for DVC. As was mentioned there is a fee for some of the experiences.

The inclusive experiences in that link are available to all guests at Aulani...resort and villas (whether on points or not).
