Aulani..help with room type?

We are hoping to go to Aulani in July, assuming there is availability and airfare from the east coast wont kill us, but could someone give a quick run down on the different room type or direct to a previous thread? We are a family of 5 but do not want a horrible view but not need the best either. We usually stay in 2 bedrooms but don't mind the 1 bedroom since it is equipped for 5. Which view is worth the points? We have 294 points coming in December and believe I can borrow 150 from the 216 however this would effect future Orlando trips. What is the best use of points on these rooms? Also, we would like to take to visit another island. Perhaps that is another post altogether but please feel free to share your experience. Thank you!
