August Wishes FP+ ?

Has construction at the hub caused no FP+ for Wishes in August or have FP+ for Wishes and MK parades in August not yet been released, or have FP+ for wishes and MK parades been released and I missed it?

I was able to get FP+ for Wishes, Festival of Fantasy and the Main Street Electrical Parade at my 60 days out... Those are for dates between August 18th and 24th.

Not sure if I got lucky or if they were opened up generally though...
