August vs. May 2011

I am trying to plan a trip for next year and am trying to decide between going in late May (which we have done before) and August. Any thoughts from those who have been in both months and pros/cons of each. Someone told me that Disney typically does free dining in August which seems to have awesome deals, but I am
Leaning towards May since we have been in May and it would be my daughters birthday. HELP!!!
