August upgrade

We're booked for 3 weeks at ASMo in August, as part of a package, but when we're there we are thinking of asking for an upgrade for the last week - possibly to AKL but we'd consider other options too depending on what deals were offered.

Would anyone happen to know from previous experience how much we might need to pay that time of year for a week's upgrade to either a moderate or delux resort?

You would be better off trying to book it now with the existing discount codes while there may still be availability. I think you can get std view at AKL for $139-ish. Try www.mousesavers.com there are a lot of discount codes there.

You never know what kind of deal that you will get, but you can count on being charged the difference in the per night cost, which would be $140 per night, so a total of $980 for AKL for a moderate it would be $55 per night, for a total of $385. Since you're on a package, I don't know if this can be done once you're there, but you won't know until you ask!!!
