August/September Discount

Hi, We have the MYW package with the Deluxe plan booked for 8 days next month. We just recived our package documents and the 5x7 photo pass certificate is not in them. I emailed my Travel Agent and she said that when the discount was applied to the package the photopass certificate was no longer included?? This seems strange to me since when you go through the booking process on-line under the summer discount the certificate is still listed as part of the MYW benefits?? Also I have had discounts on packages in the past and none of the MYW perks were lost?? Has anyone else with the current end of summer discount recieved their paperwork and if so was there a 5x7 phptopass certificate included?? Thanks.

That means your TA didnt book it online, she called CRO to book the reservation. I really dont see the big deal. You can still use the photopass, booking online just gives you a free 5x7 thats like $3?

Yeah, I read somewhere that if you book a package online you get different perks than if you call CRO to book. I booked the bounceback deal last year -- can only do that on the phone before you check out of your resort -- and we didn't get the free 5x7 Photopass picture either. It's around a $13 value, so not really a big deal to me but I'd have used that, as opposed to the "free gift from Planet Hollywood" which I won't use. At least I have my Disney Visa - I'll get a free 5x7 with that.

Thats how I feel. I know in the grand scheme of things it's not much money but I would use that over the minature golf, Sea racer time or the planet hollywood. Kind of makes me think they know that and thats why they take that away!?? We have the Disney Visa too and will get a free 5x7 that way too. Which is the least they should give you since they don't seem to offer much else these days.
