Today- 75 min run - in the stinky rain. Grrrrrr

Yesterday and today both 60 minute walks 4.0mph each

Achy legs, so I took a couple days off. Ran today and I FELL! Duh.... skinned knee, but what I'm a bit concerned with is the pain that's running in the tendon/ligament/muscle/whatever along the outer edge of my knee. We'll see how it feels in the morning.

I am TOTALLY impressed with those of you who are spending hours running in the rain. You are more dedicated than I think I will ever be...

Adding 45 mins, 36 running and 9 strength. Did running on our new-to-us treadmill, and it felt like it was harder to run my normal pace than outside. I set it to slower than my normal pace and it felt difficult. Anyone else experience this? Perhaps treadmills are more inaccurate than I thought?

Anyway, not an issue, the point was to get in the cardio. :)

Held the flex arm hang for 10 seconds for three rounds today, woo hoo!!

Way to go! Not sure which is worse, back to school week (either as a parent, student, or teacher) or back from vacation. Both are bittersweet and exhausting shifting back into a new routine.

I only got 2 miles in tonight plus some stretching: 25 min
