The answer is Vincent Price.
Unfortunately his narration was replaced after three months due to the large number of guests requesting a French narration. This was recorded by French actor Gerard Chevalier and is still in place today. Although Vincent Price's performance of the Phantom's infamous laugh can still be heard throughout the attraction.
