So funny you 2, did I mention the $10/head fee for organising DISmeets and drinking around the World events?:rotfl2:

:rolleyes1 Seems to have gone quite around here? :confused3

I think $10 a head for a guided tour around the world with All your drinks paid for is pretty reasonable - do you take paypal Wayne and are you listed on quidco for some cashback :rotfl2:

This is me, back on topic before it costs me something and no new threads about it Mart.:)
Tomorrow I am going to try do 8 ADR's at 11am then at 12 close the shop for 15 mins and ring to book Hoop Dee Doo (for 13 of us, hope they have a big table) and Fantasmic/Mama Melrose

close the shop? must be a busy time for you with st valentines....
as for being off topic, i for one think its very relevant;)
anyway, my contribution, got adrs at kona for bfast (yum tonga toast:thumbsup2) couldnt get a good time for the wave bizareely must be v popular as it is new, had to book in hour after desired time, dh and ds are doing the train tour that day so wanted an early adr so could sleep early, asked for 5.30 (have for 7-8) but had to have 6.30....
biggest difference between "want" and "have" so far...
tracy

Val day is Sunday, 95% of customers that buy for Val day are men, they will not think about it until Saturday, possibly Friday, wont get busy until then.

We tweeked our ADR list today, one of the reasons we are doing DDP again is to try new places so we knocked off Whispering Canyon cafe which we really liked for Garden Grill, maybe a mistake but won't know until we try it.

Is that allowed on your diet plan, or is that the reward for all your hard work? (Think the latter is quite fitting ;))

biggest difference between "want" and "have" so far...

Yes, want and have should ideally be walking hand in hand :rotfl2: Right now my "want" for the real thing instead of the Nicorette patch burning like crazy on my arm, would be great if it was a HAVE!!! :rotfl2:

In the HAVE department, getting my ADRs at the times i want will be great too. :)

Well I have had a bad time today. Well not bad but shuffly!!

Couldn't get Mickey's BBQ for the 17th!!! Or the 16th 15th etc etc etc. Got it for the 12th so had to hurriedly move the 12th ADR (Cape May) to the 17th then cancel it for the 12th.. ... phew.

I was very surpirsed by this. True I did not book at opening but was 180+10. Wouldn't have thought it would have been such a popular choice as reviews aren't great.

Do you think Americans are now booking in the anticipation of free dining??! I hope I can get my final four ok!!

BTW anyone know if you need to ring to get the Nemo Package at Tusker or does it come anyway if booking an suitable time (1 - 1.40 ?????)

PHEW WOULDN'T LIKE THAT WITH EVERY ADR!!! :scared1::headache:

Do you think Americans are now booking in the anticipation of free dining??! I hope I can get my final four ok!!

Yes. There have been numerous threads since late December on the main dining boards speculating free dining. Many have already booked bounce back and others have been receiving pin codes for it. I do think it will have an impact, but at thist stage, would not expect it to be significant. People tend to waver about booking before they have the assurance that free dining has been made public.

Hooray! Managed to book my ADR for The Crystal Palace on the 8th August as we really enjoyed it last year and its our 18th Wedding Anniversary on the 8th, so really pleased to have got it with there being 8 of us!!

I have just got Hoop Dee Doo for 13 of us, glad that was easy enough.

Started at 10:50am had trouble with IE loading pages so I changed to Firefox, no problems at all, allowed me to book from 10:58am
Only problem was customers coming in, took me until 12 noon to get them done, thankfully didn't time out on me although got warning twice.
Got everything I wanted within 20 mins of times I wanted.
Then at 12:15pm I rang to sort Hoop & Fantasmic package, she had a little problem getting computer to accept my address and credit card but got there in the end, took 15 mins.

Also let me do 11 days online:thumbsup2 8 more reservations to do over next 10 days:goodvibes

The only problem I have found with the on-line ADR system is that it's all to easy to start tweaking the plans!! We had already changed four of our planned restaurants, and today changed another - someone keep me away from the WDW website :thumbsup2
