This time we are only doing 2 Disney parks. We are also going to Sea World & Universal. I went back & forth this trip on the dining plan--but we have used it in the past & LOVE it so I decided to keep it ......

We'll be at 50's Prime Time on the 25th @ 6:05. It'll be our first time there as well. I'll be on as that's our arrival day!

We're on platinum/deluxe, and since we're from the west coast eating at 9:00 is really like eating at 6, so we actually prefer the later ADR's. For some reason our tummies take longer to adjust.

I'm looking forward to all of our table service meals. One a day. We'll get a counter service once a day as well, probably. The other thing will just be really light. I really don't know how some of you can do it, esp. if 3 table meals a day. I like that we will have 1 good meal planned, but even though we go for 8-9 days each time, we really don't have time (or stomach room in the heat) for 3. I know some people love to come to Disney for this dining experience and especially couples. I'm really not talking to those people right now, as they are pro's at Disney and have seen all the sights and know what's going on. I'm just concerned if there are any 1st time families out there and just wanted to caution them that they may need some unstructured time to see how it goes.

This is our second trip to the world, and we did the regular dining plan last time. We ended up paying for a couple appetizers and meals OOP, so this year I figured we'd go deluxe and try some of the signatures. We're also going from 8/19-8/28, so it spreads the time out a little bit...plus with all that heat, a TS meal can be heaven!
