Eve: Here's a Get Well Bouquet for you!! I hope your ankle heals quickly!!

I am feeling much better and made it through a busy day of work! Just a few more days for us...Brynee's last day is June 8 and mine is June 9 We will be visiting Traci on Saturday and staying overnight in Anaheim! Was lucky to find a reasonable room for the night and we'll go into the park to see the castle - it didn't have the crowns on the Peek day. Traci won't be able to go with us as they still haven't diagnosed Morgan - colonoscopy tomorrow with possible surgery - not the best of news. Hopefully, they'll be able to diagnose him and he'll recover quickly.

Hope everyone else is having a better week than Eve and I.

Eve, I've had lots of ankle injuries and the one thing I can say is make sure you let them heal good before you do too much. I've had problems over the years with one ankle that I just pushed to get back on too soon. The other ankle I sprained pretty bad when Kenney was in kindergarten and Sara was a baby. As soon as the doctor heard the ages of my kids he put me in a non-walking cast for 6 weeks. That ankle never bothers me. There's something to say for staying off of it while its healing!

I spent all last night reading the May Repo thread, it is exciting to hear what they are doing to entertain them for 2 weeks and all. They said there is a new menu too. I hope they have those things for us as well, not just the Reposition cruises. They also showed the Castaway club gifts they got, this will be my first Castaway Club cruise.

I hope they have a nice Castaway Club gift for us as well. This will be our first official trip as CC members. All of our other cruises were on CM rates and we weren't eligible for the gifts or much else for that matter. Not that I'm complaining, those rates are why we went on the cruises.

Has anyone heard if any of the excursions are sold out? We aren't paid in full yet so I haven't been able to make any ressies online yet.

Thanks for the ankle healing thoughts. It's feeling a lot better today. I'm limping around but actually able to get around without a crutch this evening. My armpit and heel of my hand was starting to get sore anyways.

It's just been one of those weeks....gimping around on a sore ankle then DD and I attended the funeral of a colleague of mine today who died of cancer. He operated on DD when she was 2 weeks old. Kind of a melancholy day today ~

So what was the gift that the CC members got in that thread? I probably won't have time to go over and read it ~

The CC gift is a blanket with something about the Panama Canal. I would point you in the direction of the right page but it's probably back on page 12 or so, too many to sift thru.

Hi All! I'm back from Las Vegas, great weather, great time.

Now I am going to start to get really busy. My parents come tomorrow and we'll go to Vegas (not my idea) and then the cruise, but I'll try to check in as much as possible and will definitely let you know all about the cruise.

At least I'll be able to tell you what the Castaway Club gift is for the Mexican Riviera cruises. I'm betting that it is the same towel as always. I think the Repo cruisers are the only ones who will be getting something different. But....after the lousy luck I had betting in Vegas, I could be very wrong!!
I had hoped that there might be pins for the "new" ports....but we didn't have one for St Lucia....so I'm not holding my breath on that, either.
I guess I'll have to make do with photos and memories.

I am very relieved to hear that. You wouldn't believe the trouble my friend had getting all of them. It was mostly the $1's and my $50 that was the problem. You would think they were made of gold the way Disney is allowing them to be sold and only at certain locations.
I saw them on ebay for more than face value

Two weeks (and 2 days) and I'll be hopping on a plane, two hours later I will be on the Magic. Unbelievable. I still don't believe it, and I won't till I'm there. I haven't given much thought to packing yet.....probably because reality hasn't sunk in. I'm just glad I'd been planning for this cruise.....that makes it a little easier.

I haven't gotten my new Visa card yet, but I ordered mine at least a week or two after you all did........
I'm saving my rewards for our WDW trip. I tend to buy more at the parks than I do on the ship. I guess it could go toward excursions......

I was torturing myself this morning and watched the Magic go thru the first set of locks on the Panama Canal. One of the good things about the east coast, you get to torture yourself .
At least this means our cruise is that much closer. I should think about paying it off now. I guess I will do that in the next week .

I watched the clips that were posted of it going through the first locks. I am going to try to see the next ones live.
And I've been planning on paying ours off in the next week too! I keep having these dreams that I forget to pay the balance! Maybe I better do it today!

I just paid ours off last week. I had made reservations on the website prior to sending my payment to my TA. Maybe since it was through a TA they counted it paid? I make the check out to AAA so maybe they paid Disney rather than me directly?

I saved the films of the Magic going through the Gatun and Miraflores locks and showed DH today. Normally he can't think about vacations too early, but he was interested in watching that. He would've loved the reposition cruises, but they were a lot of money and during school time.

We were on the 2nd page here, so thought I'd bump it up...
