I have to call DCL tomorrow...they were supposed to send my shore excursion confirmation for Christmas and didn't. I hope they have them all reserved!

Well...it's very late here...I've been searching for a decent swimsuit......decided to have Omar the Tent Maker whip one up for me!

Stacey, I'm emailing again about the silent auction. Yesterday I was told my phone number would be given to the lady in charge withing an hour of her arrival at work and she would call me (that should have been 2 pm yesterday) still haven't heard from her. I'm sure they will come through, but I've just been worried there may have been damage dur to the hurricanes. I'll post a picture when it finally arrives!

Off and running. Jay & I have our softball games tonight. And it's our anniversary....going to eat our usual before-game dinner at Arby's....Whoo hoo!!

Wonder if he'll bring home flowers, or a card even? I'm not counting on it!!

I got a call from someone at Disney this afternoon. The message that was left said they finally located my item and it was still in the warehouse. She said they would prepare it for shipping today and they weren't able to give a tracking number yet but promised to ship it today. Of course she said it was detained due to the hurricanes, which is what I figured, but I just wanted to know it hadn't been damaged or lost.
It is a framed lithograph of the ship (don't know if it is the Magic or the Wonder) with fish (like fron the Little Mermaid) across the bottom. Can't wait till it comes!

Vickie, that's great news. Now you can sit back, relax and wait a bit longer for it to arrive. I had 'won' 2 silent auction pieces on our last cruise, fortunately we drove so we could take them with us. One is the picture that hangs in the staterooms of Walt and Lillian Disney standing on a ship's deck and the other is the mural from the back wall of Lumiere's. I can't wait to hang them up. We've had them for 2 years and had no wall space to hang them, now we have more wall space.

Stacey, here's hoping Arby's was a romantic dinner and you also got your ice cream after the games .

Long night, we were short on the needed number of women for the games, so I had to play. I always try to avoid having to play. I wouldn't heal as fast as in the old days! Don't need any broken bones.....

Good Morning....well, it still is here.....

Found us on page two....SHAME! At least it was the top of page two.

I would have started my laundry by now, if my kids weren't still sleeping. Can't get at their laundry baskets. Darn. So here I am...

DD decided to clog and overflow the toidy last night at 11:30.....so there I was with the snake.....Jay slept soundly through it all......
Someday I'll get smart and play stupid..."Go tell Daddy".....

Since I am not reaching my weight loss goal (was I even trying?) for the Christmas cruise, I have set a new goal for our cruise. If I start now, I may be able to lose 5 pounds by next summer. LOL

With the help of jilljill, I found out that Arizona has a winery. I'm going to test their wines, and bring my favorites when we cruise....may need a little help drinking them all!!

Hi Everyone! Haven't posted for awhile...but have tried to keep up with reading the posts. DD age 19 was home from college last weekend so we got to watch her play volleyball with her college team...she also announced she is engaged!! And, is wearing a beautiful ring! No wedding until 2007 when they both graduate! Brynee is so excited to have a future brother-in-law!!

I didn't know there were wineries in Arizona. I'll take a few bottles of CA wine from the Central Coast...we could have a wine tasting!! I'll have take a Zyrtec first though as I turn exceptionally red when I drink anything alcoholic!!

Well, DH and I were expecting it as DD's fiancé left Rice University and DD left Claremont McKenna to be together at a community college before they transfer out to a UC! Had been disappointed with her educational plans as she was attending a top school which had always been her 1st choice; but we rationalize that she and he are very happy together and we are saving a ton of money this school year ! So, now all of my extra money can go towards the cruise and souvenirs!

The wine tasting will be fun...I'll have to look for a Central Cal White Merlot!
