BTW - Last week of August was G-R-E-A-T last year. No crowds, no lines, good weather, and did I mention ------FREE Food!

Max is my favorite cat!

We went last Sept, with very low crowds so I was worried about Aug. being too busy. I'm glad to hear this and hopefully it will be the same this year. I'm also going to be at POP from Aug.26th-Sept. 1st with DD12,DS9 and DS8. We loved it there last year! Have fun!

august 25th one night pop and then the 26th to sept second boardwalk villas. cant wait , no free dining , on the dining plan and cant wait. who cares if its hot its disney.

Lime green is the disboards color. Wear something that color or bring an accessory that is lime green and you may be noticed. Others have hung a pad of paper on the room door for people to leave notes.

We are heading to the Beach Club 8/26-9/2. This will be our first time at the BC and the first time visiting WDW in August. We've been to WDW in the first part of September before so I can't imagine it is that much different and we did fine. Humidity in WI is not much different than humidity in FL.

Hey scuba girl...what in lime will you have (I won't be wearing/having anything lime green because DH thinks I'm freaky enough surfing the disboards daily)? I'll be travelling with DH, DS6, DD3, and a student we're bringing along to help with DS and DD. My daughter is too short for all the rides my son can go on, so Sarah will be helping us do the baby swap so no adult has to ride alone. I fear my DS will chicken out on some of DH and my favorites!

We arrive on 8/26 at around 3:00 and plan on heading straight to SAB.

My DH is staying home, can't handle the crowds. I have a lime green golf shirt and I'm making the lime green mickey heads. They are the home depot paint chips that I'm laminating and I think I'll put my screen name on them. I will be wearing one, have one on my room door along with a message board for anyone walking by. I'm trying to get a hat made but that is iffy right now

We fly out on the 25th and arrive at 10:45. After lunch we are heading to MK, gotta ride POTC.

Let's just hope our we get through the airport with ease and safety.

We will be flying in on the 25th also, from Michigan. Land at 5:00pm, dinner at Captain Jacks (DD) at 8:00pm.......Cant wait!!!! Staying at POR 8/25-9/01.
