We're staying at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach. I have never stayed there before. From the reviews, I know it is an older hotel, so if I don't have great expectations, hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised. We are coming a few days early and wanted some beach time with the kids, and they had a decent rate and a kidsuite that we could all stay in together.
Plus you will be very close to the port on cruise day. Maybe you could eat dinner at Grills and watch the Wonder leave on Thursday:confused3 Joe[/QUOTE said:What a great idea! I forgot about the Wonder leaving on Thursday and I want to try Grills. That's where we'll be.
HI
I will joining u guys
Cast
Mommie 36
princess Juliana 4 1/2
James 7
and hopefully Drew 11yrs old (waiting to see if Disney allows me to Add him)
We are from Brooklyn NY
With all the baggage fees that the airlines are charging, I am wondering how many people actually dress up for formal nights
I was thinking about it and I have the four ladies plus DMIL in our cabins. That would be an interesting night of dress up preperation.
What is everyone doing?

We love dressing up, so we will definitely go all out for formal night. If you don't want to, you won't feel at all out of place though, since many --perhaps most? -- don't get that dressed up.
We are also dressing up for formal night. We don’t get to do it very often so it's nice when there is an occasion for it. I am hoping that we can get a nice family picture taken on that day. With all the baggage fees that the airlines are charging, I am wondering how many people actually dress up for formal nights

I drove by the Holiday Inn on my way to visit my DMIL who was staying at "The Resort" time share after we got off of our last DCL cruise. It looks like a nice hotel from the outside
