Yay!! I'm starting to stress about the weather again so I'm glad we have such helpful and knowledgeable weatherphiles here!!

I had a break from my weather stressing earlier today when I had to instead stress about my husband and his Incredible Magical Shorts of DOOOOOM™. He lost his wallet out of them about a week ago and just finally got his credit/debit cards replaced two days ago, and then used them to order a new drivers license online. He wasnt too worried about the license since he had his passport as an ID backup. But then today he donned the IMSofD™ and promptly lost his new cards and the dang passport. Sheesh. Cut to me frantically calling the state department trying to arrange an appointment to get an emergency replacement with an automated telephone rep: "The next available appointment is Friday, August 28th at 12:30. Press one to accept this." Me: "What button do I press for F%$@!?" Luckily about 2 hrs later a neighbor knocks on the door and hands over the passport and wallet (with the newly re-canceled cards) that he found in the driveway but took with him because he was late for a meeting. Meanwhile DH went to the Registry, got an emergency rush on his license, which, oddly enough, required him to come all the way home and bring back our travel documents to prove he needed it so quickly, and now he is back to being an officially recognized human again. Oh, and the Shorts? Have been destroyed...

Please thank your DH in advance for me . He is making me look great!!!!! I cant wait to meet him.

Tropical weather update. I spoke this evening to one of the leading tropical wx exerts in the country. He said if TS Danny keeps moving the way it is it will be up by NC on Saturday morning. Obviously it will not impact our sailing, but possibly some flights.

I won't mention the s#@! That just bounced off Africa. We'll be home doing dirty laundry by the time that thing forms (fingers crossed)!

Now that TVEPFOX hasen't been around to much I am really missing out on Cigy7 sense of humor. You two always make me laugh. I am so scared about hurricane Danny and not being able to flying out of NJ Sat morning.

I took the later one as well, just because I'm not a morning person and we have 2nd seating at dinner too. I could not find any info on morning or afternoon preference. I guess it just depends on how windy it is. Looks like we will be on the same excursion! Should be fun!

I can't wait, everyone wrote about how great the staff is. I'll look for you to say hello. Are you just going with your 8 yr old daughter? I will be with my to DD's 7 and 9 and DH. You will know who we are if you look at my girls and husbands eyes. Mine are just regular brown. But every one always comments on my husband and DD's eyes. Hope to say Hi.

First of all, it's NOT a hurricane. Only a Tropical Storm. Hurricane winds are 74 mph.

Second, you'll get your fill of Cigy and I at the meet on Saturday. I can bust his balls face to face for all the crap he's given me! LOL We'll see how the Jerzey boy can handle the New York b#@*!

We are in Cozumel right now and unable to leave due to some kind of mechanical problems with the ship. So we are still at the dock.

Since we are an hour ahead our pirate party starts in a few minutes and I heard we are probably not going to have the fireworks tonight.

Well, as promised, here is this evening's weather update:

Well, Danny keeps moving North:

The current 3-day storm outlook does not puts Danny due East of NY until about 8pm Saturday. I would anticipate any early flights out should not be a problem, but as I said earlier, keep in touch with your carrier on Friday, and an eye/ear to your local weather broadcaster for additional updates. You never know what these Tropical Storms can do. They can speed up or slow down unexpectedly

You can see on the top map that NHC has marked another tropical wave coming off of the coast of Africa. As TVEPFOX stated earlier, not something we have to worry about for our cruise!

Anyway, I think that's it from me. No "tech" for me starting tomorrow AM so no weather updates from. Potentially TVEPFOX, who I understand is wired beyond belief, could provide you some additional "color".

Until Saturday...here hoping for on-time flights, and smooth seas!

The Radisson offers a free shuttle. The Residence Inn has a shuttle for a small fee. What transportation do you have from the airport? We are renting a full size sedan with Avis $53 one way & $78 back. They offer free shuttle to the port every 15 minutes. Not bad, then you can stay anywhere.

I booked my air through DCL they were very accomodating to me when I call and express my concern with Danny. They changed my flight to tomorrow instead of Sat. Yes, it's going to cost me $200 to stay at the Hyatt but well worth my worries. I have to go pack. See you guys at 3pm.

Glad to hear DCL is flying you in early. What a relief! We've stayed at the Hyatt. It's very nice.
