Anyone else's dining get messed up due to the intinerary changes? The adults in our party were all scheduled for brunch on our sea day. When our sea days got switched, so did the brunch. That's fine except that my IL's have a Remy reservation that did not get switched so right now they have brunch and Remy on the same day! I think that may be too much for one day, right? I can't seem to be able to book Remy on another night for them. When it searches for availablility it comes back as sold out for 2 people. Since they have done brunch on the Wonder, should I cancel their brunch and have them do Remy only? Personally I want them to do Remy so they can tell me about it!

Call Disney and have them switch the Remy reservation, considering the itinerary change they should be able to accomodate your request . If they can't then go directly to the place where they are doing bookings when you board the ship, hopefully they can accomodate you.

Yep. We wanted to have Palo dinner on the sea day and that was what we reserved. Now, since they didn't move those reservations, our Palo dinner is on the Nassau day/Pirate night. I immediately went on to DCL's site yesterday to book the Palo dinner on the "new" sea day (and then would cancel the original ressie), but it was sold out. So now, we have to waste time on the ship trying to switch.

Hi! We just booked the cruise yesterday! So excited! We're not going to make it to port till right about 3pm to check in, so I don't think we can make the afternoon meet, but I joined the FB group and if y'all see me around please say hello! I seriously cannot wait - I've always wanted to do the double-Castaway cruise but to do it on such short notice is just unreal. I still can't belive we're actually doing this...but we're paid in full and DCL confirmed via phone they got our proof of residency, so I think we're all set. I just have to pack - and sneak in looking at disboards at work to dream and plan as much as I can between now and then.

Just sent the dog to the doggysitter, had the van to the car wash. I hope i have everything packed. Haircut appts at 6:30 then pizza for dinner and hopefully early to bed. We plan to drive to Richmond Va tomorrow then on to Beaufort,SC,to visit relatives for 2 days , then on to Bonnet Creek with 3 days at WDW before the cruise. I did on line check in, and it gave me a 1:30
boarding time. How strict are they on that. Can we board earlier?

We hope to make the DTD 8 PM meet before the cruise.

Welcome aboard. We are also having 2 meets at DTD on Wed . One at 5:00 and one at 8:00 PM.

Have a safe trip !!!! From what I have read they seem to be strict with boarding times. If you get there to early and the terminal is to crowded they will make you wait outside!!

Hi everyone!

So can anyone here confirm if the pirate night has actually changed on our cruise, with the itinerary change? I have called DCL 5 times and every time I get a different answer. Some say that the pirate night will be on the Sea day (the original date) and others day that it has switched to Nassau day (the website also says this.)

The reason I ask is that we booked Palo for Pirate Night (girlfriend and I don't care for that menu) and now we can't figure out for sure if Pirate night has switched. And if it HAS switched, then Palo shows SOLD OUT for that night.

I emailed them this question as well and got a generic response about dining room attire

Maybe we can trade reservations!

Given the circumstances (them changing the itinerary so late in the game), I would like to think they would be a little more accommodating . We've tried calling (twice) to see if they could switch our reservation with no luck. I also sent an email back on Wednesday that they still haven't responded to yet - which I'm very surprised about. Although I don't know what their normal response time is, I would have thought it would be within 48 hours and we're double that.


Otherwise, it's gotten awfully quiet here and on the FB page. I guess everyone is busy packing or already making their way to Florida. Perhaps I should get busy packing myself.
