Yeah, starting at the bottom and working our way up should work.Do you think it would be best to start on deck 2 and move upwards? Also maybe putting a deadline for people to sign up would be good too!! That way we have time to figure out the best way to move around each deck depending on the staterooms

To be very honest, I am not very happy with climbing 8 flights of stairs! Walking down no problem. Maybe you could think about that.

Same here, if you booked a guarantee stateroom with restrictions we find out 7-10 days before the cruise, so in a week/week and a half!!

A cautionary note about sharing your reservation number and birthdate. I linked our reservation number with my DIL and her sister and parents so we could all be assigned to the same table for dining. When I went online today to add a shore excursion, ALL of their names were on my list and I could have signed them up for any and all excursions!
A certain amount of trust is required when providing your personal information to "strangers." Of course, we don't feel like strangers because we've all been chatting so much and getting to know each other online, but unless you feel really comfortable putting your information out there, be very careful who you give access to.

I am sure that she will. Our daughter was 7 months when we took our first Disney cruise. The staff were very attentive with her and she enjoyed her time with us in the dining room. On a couple of occasions we dropped her off at the nursery so we could have dinner together.
