Hello!
I attended the 8/24/2021 Boo Bash at MK with my 2 children. There was some intense rain and weather that evening which led to many people requesting refunds and Disney eventually emailed all attendees, offering a 1 day park ticket. We stayed throughout the event and had a great time (watched Carousel of Progress 3 times until the storm passed).
As we were all told, the 1 day ticket would not show up on MDE and would expire 1 year from 8/24/21. I knew I wouldn't be using it and didn't think of it again until yesterday (1/12/2023) as we are going next week.
I called the Tickets phone number and after the cast member was able to confirm I didn't use the complimentary 1 day tickets, added them to my account for future use. I made sure to get a reference number and the cast member confirmed these would not expire and would remain on my account for future use.
Figured I'd post this in case anyone else attended that evening (or similar situation) and didn't use their ticket. It doesn't hurt to ask.
