August 24, 2014 Dream DVC Member Cruise

It used to be that the CABIN was in the exchange and people were free to give to the cabin a sample of the local candy. Now, more people want to know about the number of people in the cabin.

We have gotten anywhere from 2 pieces (rarely) to about 25 (also rarely) for the 2 of us.

There is no hard and fast rule. We are sampling candies from parts of the country and each gift is appreciated!

We got 3 sets of Magic Bands this week, because we are in AKV, VGF, and BLT before the cruise. They all have the DVC sliders, so if anyone wants or needs extras, I have 10 extras. I'll bring them to the cruise if anyone is interested.

Also, I was not sure if we are having a meet when we get on the ship. Is anything planned that I missed?

My Magic Bands came yesterday, with the DVC slider. Thank you for offering, but I am set!

I went and checked the itinerary from the 2009 MC, and Pirate Night was on Monday. DCL still shows it as Tuesday on the website.

According to the posts on FB, DCL will be updating the spreadsheet shortly. Until I see that change though I will just wait and see I guess. For our family it really doesn't matter to us. I guess some folks planned other things because Pirate Night has been listed for Tuesday?

So far, I'll keep 2 DVC sliders aside for Eeyore Girl, and 2 for Manxman. That leaves 6 more available, if anyone is interested. Eeyore Girl, maybe you can PM me your cabin #. We'll deliver them when we do our FE and candy deliveries.

I booked Remy on Tuesday at 6 figuring that would get us out in time for pirates party. If this is true it will actually be better for us because we won't be stuffed from Remy & may be able to eat some stuff at the buffet.

I thought we were the only people who liked to switch hotels on vacation!! We're in BCV, BWV, GFV before & AKV after the cruise. I'll bring some extra sliders with me too!
