Just tell me room number and names of those participating and if you want to be on the family or adult list. I will add you to the list. The list closes on 8/1. (Updates will remain on page 1, post 1 of this thread)

Thank you, I will pass along the information to my cabin mate!:goodvibes

bobbiwoz- please make sure your cabinmate signs up with me and/or looks at completed list on page one post 1 after 8/1 for the completed list as it has already been changed, lol

I would, but she is shying away from doing anything. She will observe the action this time around. It is her first cruise ever!

Thank you.

I realize the candy exchange is closed but for future reference, could someone explain how it works.

The Candy Exchange is similar to a FE, but the gifts are all candy, usually something produced locally, or in the state.

So unless you are signed up for the CE, you shouldn't give candy in FE?

Not at all. The difference is that the Candy Exchange is exclusively candy! I have always given something to represent our home. I also include a short memo about the origin of the candy. I have kept the number down to 7-8 in each group so no one gets a candy overload, but I think participants all have sweet tooth!

Is anyone here taking the snorkeling excursion on the morning of the first day at CC? I am!:)

I was also wondering if anyone received their documents yet. I am getting a little nervous, it seems so late as compared to our previous cruises. :confused3

Except for luggage tags, I do not think anything you get is particularly important. You can print out all boarding documents at home.

That's true, guess it's just the excitement of getting the envelope! I actually did print the pages out already!

Luggage tags? What luggage tags?

DCL sends out airline style luggage tags. These tags let the ships crew know what stateroom to deliver the luggage to.

If you are using DCL transportation from MCO to PC, you tag the luggage before you leave home and the bags will be collected at MCO and transferred to the ship.

If you are using DCL transportation from WDW, you tag the luggage before bell services picks it up the morning of the cruise.

If you are arriving at PC using private transportation (personal vehicle or shuttle from hotel or parking lot), you will drop off the bags with a porter outside (before entering parking garage if driving).

Remember not to put the ship's luggage tags on your luggage if you are using Magic Express to get to WDW, or if you are flying but not going straight to the port from the plane before the cruise.

We're using private transportation. When we arrive at the port, we will have DCL's luggage tags on our bags, but not before that!

I haven't received any luggage tags. Should I worry?
