Of course your DH is probably eating this up, he has the verandah and I don't, he has his docs, and I don't, he'll probably go 3 for 3, and get on the ship before me as well. I know he'll be LOL!!!

O.K., As Monty Hall used to say, "Let's Make a Deal" you sit on Mike, give me a half hour head start(I have two bad knees), and I'll give you half of my shrimp, or, meet us at Dixie Crossroads after the cruise, and I'll treat you to a "ROCK SHRIMP" luncheon!!!

While we're on the subject....one thing I haven't received is our shore excursion confirmation. I reserved our shore excursions a couple of weeks ago and I was told by the CM that we would receive confirmation via mail. Has anyone received shore excursion confirmations in the mail?

Thanks for the reminder!! I never thought of it....but i never received my comfirmations either!!! hmmmmmm where could they be?

While I am sorry you didn't get yours either Travis, I guess it is a good sign that I am not the only one. I hope we get them soon!

You mean I got something before Mike, we got our shore excursion confirmation in the mail last Saturday.

We got our excursion confirmations early last week which was about 2wks after I called them in....

I don't know, Mary... maybe if word gets out that you are ready to attack any one in uniform that comes to the door... you may get them a heck of a lot sooner! sounds like a good strategy to me! I should try that myself. they'll be lining up in droves to deliver the docs to us!

i haven't gotten anything yet, confirmations for shore excursions or docs. But I called, and they had the reservations for the excursions... i'm not completely sure if Jeff got the regatta or not. They confirmed "mine" as being what i wanted. but, since he wasn't the one who called, they may have omitted the part about him being on the other excursion.

I am a very impatient "waiter" !

What am I doing to pass the time? trying not to think about it, and reading the Dis boards... reading the passporter.... I have to pick up my brother at the airport tonight after a week in Rome, and thinking that i'll be going there myself soon too... that's helps a bit too.
I'm just thinking about my next cruise too... where we'll go, with what line, and when. shopping around for that helps keep my mind off of it too.

My DW just called DCL and found out that DVC has not sent in our final payment to DCL. My DW is on the phone with DVC as I type this trying to find out why final payment has not been made. We were told that our docs are in the process of being printed, final payment has now been made. We were also told that "some" other DVC docs for our cruise have been mailed out, while others have not.

We were also told that ressies made through DVC should not expect to get their docs until 14 days before the cruise departure date. I know others that have made ressies through DVC and have gotten their docs a month before their cruise departure date. I guess we just have to be a little more patient, but, I sure hate waiting!!!

I don't have any answer for those who paid for their cruise with cash.

We got our documents!!! I pulled in the driveway and there they were...sitting by the door! Yippee!!!!!!! I'm so excited!

That's who we book our Disney Vacations through too. Have not talked to Nanc but have booked through Jean who has been incredibly helpful and super nice

You all have a GREAT Cruise!!
