We booked in November 2013 for four adults £4200 + 8000 miles Econ for this August, and when we got to check in we were offered an upgrade to PE for £740 one way! If you got miles might be worth giving them a call, if not I'd wait and check every day.

Ha ha I've booked now! It would have been a good deal (just less than 4k for four adults) for economy. As it was it was an expensive but okay deal for PE and was only just over the budget I'd set for PE. Probably jumped too soon but I can stop mothering about it now! Done and paid for. Just 10.5 months to wait now lol!

I think that is a reasonable price for PE. We paid more for August 2013.

That makes me feel slightly better! I paid almost exactly £1,500 per seat plus used all my miles. Given I got PE seats for £800 return in May it's still a lot more money. That's May though not August......
