August 2015!?!

We just booked a magical deal at the BC, Aug 22-30th. Never thought I would be able to stay there. Now, let's talk about the weather. How bad is it?

It's hot. Very hot. The sun just beams on you.

We went in 2011 and it didn't rain much. Luckily. If it did it was a quick downpour and moved out.

We hit rope drop and left the parks around 12-1 and hit the pool. We would leave the pool around 4, get dressed and head out to an evening park.

With school schedules this is when we can go. It works for us.

The weather is HOT, humid and sticky! We actually love it!!!! Next year will be our sixth August trip in a row.

August 12-19th. Beyond excited now, can't imagine how much I'll be driving people crazy with the anticipation by then (mostly my family...LOL)

We are seriously thinking about booking Aug 23 - Sept 1 at PO, hoping for free dining.

We booked when we were there in August 2014 for 2015 (like we've been doing for years now) and got the free dining, yet again

Staying August 22-30 at Coronado Springs (First time at a Moderate , we've always done value) and then heading to Cabana Bay Beach Resort from the Aug 30-Sep 6. We stayed there this year in 2015 and had a great time as well as Disney. Can't wait already to go back!

We booked BB for 8/22 to 9/5 we are booked back at pop with free QSDP. We are thinking CBR now or POR with the regular dining. We like the freedom the QSDP offers but honestly with FP+ now we might as well schedule a meal now as well.

Booked a R/O BB at CR CL, August 12-14, then off to the Poly CL thru the magical deal from 8/14-8/20. As others have said, August is indeed HOT but we've managed by touring differently and taking mid-day pool breaks...much slower pace and we actually don't mind it . Next August will be our 4th August trip in a row!!

We are booked (we have been for a while!) at AKL August 24th-1st September, cannot wait, end August is my favourite time to go. This will mark our 5th August trip, only other time I've been is April and I thought it was cold ha ha.

It's our first summer trip - a bit worried about the heat, but super excited about the lower crowds (our last 3 trips were March Break) - I figure if we can handle level 8 and 9 crowds and still do everything we want to do, we should do well at the end of August
