Hey everyone! I'm going to apologize in advance for the cheesy-ness of the title.. I couldn't come up with much better haha.

Our trip was from Tuesday August 18-Tuesday August 28th! This is my first EVER trip report so.. please be kind!

BEFORE I GET INTO ANYMORE DETAILS LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO.....THE CAST OF CHARACTERS
First and foremost, there's me!

Hi, I'm Alyssa , self-proclaimed Dis-nerd, university student, and 5 year old at heart. My family and I are canucks (I hate that word.. is that wrong for a Canadian to say? ). My boyfriend is also a big Disney fan, but he won’t be coming along on this trip ☹. I turned the big TWO-ONE just before our trip so I got to try my first legal American alcoholic beverage while we were there! I had planned a large amount of this trip on my own with the input from the other characters coming along... of course, nothing really ever goes as planned.. does it?

This is my little brother, he’s turned 18 just before this trip (his birthday is exactly a week before mine!). He isn’t the biggest Disney fan (I know, I know, he’s crazy right?) he’d rather spend his time playing his beloved Xbox and his PS3, he considers himself a “hardcore gamer” LOL. We have always been extremely close so whether he would prefer to be at Disney or not we always have fun together.

She’s just as big of a Disney nut as me and is the wonderful lady funding this whole trip (muahaha). She's a massive FOODIE so you may see her happiest at the restaurants! She’s not only my mom but also one of my best friends and the three of us together make one super team!

Our newest baby/trouble maker, Mittens (who is now a whopping 6 months old!)

and our reliable, dependable, ever so clever Boots (she's 3 - her birthday was yesterday! Happy birthday Boots!)

Day 1: Travel day!!

You'll all have to bare with me, I have to get through the boring stuff before we get to the meat of this juicy steak!

So, for this years trip we left a day before our trip and stayed at a hotel in Buffalo, NY and flew out of the buffalo airport.

We stayed at the Millenium hotel and unfortunately because we spent the whole day shopping and swimming in the pool... these are the only pictures I have:

we love this hotel, we find it cozy and cute! anyways - we got there around 2pm and went straight over to the mall for the day, did some shopping, and had some fun!

We had dinner at the cheesecake factory around 7pm (purely because we've never eaten there before and it's in the Big Bang Theory! ..unfortunately it looks nothing like it does in the show.. disappoint! )

On the bright side, the food was DELICIOUS!
....FOOD PORN TIME..!!

Man... I was full after all of that.
After a YUMMY dinner we headed back over to the hotel, moved our car back over to the lot it would be calling home for the next 8 days and went straight to bed. We had an early morning!
