I'm using a TA. I was getting worried that I had not received anything, so i sent her an email. She said that they had sent it to her while she was on vacation, but it is now on its way to me. Can't wait!

Now the big question will be, do I open it right away, or do I wait for DH to come back from work so we can open it together?

I think it depends on the family. In my house I'm the only Disney nut and this is my dream vacation the rest are going along for the ride. If I knew they were as excited as me I'd wait.

I was thinking about my answer after I typed it out and I agree. If my DH was as excited as I am then I might wait. He enjoys going but doesn't jump for joy at the little things like I do. He doesn't care one way or the other about Mickey Mail!

May I join the thread. I'm a newbie, this will be my 6th trip but it's the first time I'm planning it myself for my family! We will be leaving in 11 days to stay at the contemporary for my sons 4th birthday/ first trip celebration. So excited!!! So much to do, so little time!

I'm the one Disney nut in my house. My kids love it because of course they are kids and all kids love Disney World. My wife really love the Beach Club and being there but she isn't the type to look up anything on line or talk about our upcoming vacation like I do.

She really likes it, but just isn't obsessed like me!

My DH is a huge Disney lover, and gets really excited about certain things (especially food, but other things too). However, he's not as into the *details* as me. I asked him and he said I can open it without him, he'll just look at it when he gets home. Not that I've received it yet though...

Only my oldest DS and I get excited. My youngest DS is just going along for the ride. He is not a Disney fan although I know he does enjoy the rides. 3 weeks today we leave for our cruise (not Disney I'm afraid, my youngest refused so we're on Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas). But on August 28 th 6 days at the Poly! I've already started to pack small things.

My DH likes the food too. Though when I made ADRs so many months ago, I was on my own. We get closer and he starts wanting to mess with my plans. We did make a couple adjustments and it's been nice having him on board. But there are a few things I get offended that he wants to change just because he was not involved back in February.

TWO WEEKS from today----I should be at BLT, getting ready to head to Epcot.

May the rain gods leave Chicago so we can be confident our basement will stay dry. We deserve the vacation. My now-dry suitcase will go straight upstairs instead of back to the basement. That's a nice feeling. Just need to take care of the dog...

Got my Magical Express mail today!! I was so excited and then I opened it and all the arrival info is wrong, included the yellow tags. So I had to call them and get it all changed. She said they would mail me out a new booklet & tags and they should be here in about a week.

Since we have the QSDP, we are only eating at a couple TS. I was suppose to choose one, and DH was suppose to choose 1. Well, he did... but then changed idea... about 10 times. With only two weeks to go, he better not change again. It's set on Fultons right now.

I hope for your sake that it stops raining in Chicago and that you can enjoy your vacation. The BLT, wow!

Hi everyone! I was orginally going in september but had to switch my dates due to personal reason. So we are now leaving in 14 days! staying offsite for the first time

I haven't gotten my mail yet either, does anyone know if you use a TA if it takes longer to get it?

We've always booked through AAA and get our documents & luggage tags about 2 weeks before we leave. They arrive at their office, she checks everything over, corrects any mistakes, if needed and then gives me a call to come pick them up.

Today I am pulling out the bags and starting to pack. I have picked up everything we need, but it's hard to pack the clothes especially since we need to wear them everyday. I can't wait until Sunday to do the online check in for the plane. Have all my ADR's ready and am so looking forward to 8 days of not cooking!! In other words I am so excited that I think I am going to burst. Enjoy the day everyone.
