BWV August 25-Sept 2, 2006. Excited but dont want to rush summer, my son is starting k garden right after that trip and I have mixed feelings about it. What a way to end the summer, in disney. yeah

We'll be there August 6-17 at OKW. We've been in August a couple of times before, we can cope with the heat, just go on a wet ride or back for a swim and even when hurricane Charley visited us it didn't disrupt things too much for us at WDW.

sooooooooo, half of the northeast population is going in august

we LOVE the last week in aug ~ lower crowds, hot but not unbearably so (& a short rainshower every day to cool you off ~ GREAT for puddle-jumping!). we went in october once (woke up to 30degrees ~ brrrrrr), & it didn't even feel like florida

VMS ~ we're DEF doing the DP. we norm rent a car, but this time will use ME & put the car rental savings toward the DP (since it's just DH & self, it's not too pricey ~ we plan on eating at a few places we've never tried, mostly in WS)

We'll be there july 30-aug 6 in a Grand Villa at OKW! Taking alot of newbies, including my 4 yr old niece who LOVES Cinderella! Wait til everyone see that grand villa!!! I've been trying to get my dad down there for years so he is going along too. Should be a really good time! keyword: hydrate

DD8 starts school the next day. Guess we'll have to fly home a little early that day. AH! what am I thinking she can be a little tired her first day of school!

BWV 8/19-8-25

It was 8/19- 8/27- which I might add, I planned perfectly since last year i visited from 8/28-9/04 and purchased annual passes and a disney dining card. As such, my passes and card are good through 8/27. BUT-- got a call from my wife yesterday and one of her friends is getting married on the 26th so we had to call and cut the trip short--I hope 6 days in disney is enough...it will be my shortest trip there ever!!

We just got back from a 5 night stay 2/17-2/22 and had such a great time we are headed back on 8/26-9/1 (found out husband has a convention!)
We are staying for the first time at the Polynesian--any room recommendations?

Going to SSR with DD, August 20-28. I'm not getting the DP, but I do have the DDE card (which expires the end of August). This will be my third trip with the DDE card.
