Okay -- another joke....

How can you identify Ronald McDonald on a nudist beach?
Oh man, you should go over to the 'other' board and ask BD... he'd have a field day with this one!

Looks like the May guys are awed by our performance again!

It boggles my mind that the fools thread has 11,000 posts. Why can't we get some jibberish to clog up our thread?
Bill :rotfl2:

It may be jibberish, but it's high quality, high volume jibberish! Not your everyday, run of the mill jibberish!

One of the main reasons I think that the aug repo has so many more posts is they have so many more dis'ers posting than we do.
Robin

Good analysis there. And all along I thought it was just cause we posted a lot of jibberish...high quality, high volume jibberish! ( I like that word...it fits so well...Melinda, the jibberish queen ...has a nice ring to it!)

Yeah, it's funny how when you get more people posting more often you get a higher number....Funny how that works isn't?? Besides, we're fools, so we're more fun by default. :teeth:

By the way - I still owe you a check. I haven't forgotten (at least not totally), I just get distracted easily, so I haven't gotten it mailed (or written) yet. I'll get it out to you by Monday. It's the dang Spider Solitare again.

Glad to see you back, Bob, and adding to our "high quality" gibberish in Melinda's absence!

Hope you're getting better; this year's flu virus has really knocked people for a loop.

Here's an exciting announcement for anyone that is spending some time in L.A.:

http://www.lacvb.com/visitor/jsp/tut.jsp

We are buying tickets to that since my daughter lives and breaths Egyptian history! This is such an amazing coincidence since we are starting our vacation out at the Luxor in Vegas, where they have a "replica" of King Tut artifacts, as a graduation present to my daughter. And then to be able to go to L.A. and see the real thing -- priceless.

Also, click on the link on the left site about the Cruise LA Play LA. It's a discount card you can get if you are going to L.A. for a cruise.

And the answer is (drum roll please): You look for the sesame seed buns :rotfl2:

I love the map! It's great, but I would also like to see it in a higher resolution. It will make a great addition to my scrapbook/photoalbum.

Oh, am I repeating a joke that's already been posted? Sorry.
If it was, Cathy, I missed it the first time! Thanks for posting - I can actually go home and TELL this one!

Arlene

Ok. Here's one that's suitable for all audiences....Sorry!

During a dinner party, the hosts’ two little children entered the dinning room totally nude and walked slowly around the table. The parents were so embarrassed that they pretended nothing was happening and kept he conversation going. The guests cooperated and also continued as if nothing extraordinary was happening.
After going all the way around the room, the children left, and there was a moment of silence at the table, during which one child was heard to say, “You see, it is vanishing cream!”

Here's one for the men....

A man to his friend: My Wife is an Angel!!!

Friend: Oh man, mine is still ALIVE!!!!

invaderzim--I think my dad's still a little loopy from the flu--cuz I didn't see it posted before, either (the old age is beginning to show!!!).

Jenny--loved that list you posted (yesterday was it???). Had me LOL!!!
Now get your pic. up on the other site!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW--jazz/Denise--and Melinda--great new pics. on the other site!!

LOL. I have to find a picture from the 10 day to post (and get it scanned).

About hearing the joke before - I think he may have meant that he's heard it before, not necessarily on the thread, just in general. I could be wrong though.

Okay -- now THIS is an itinerary!!

I got an email from Holland America announcing early booking prices for their 2006 Grand World Voyage -- for four months!. The prices are: Outside cabin: $24,599; Deluxe Verandah Outside: $39,799; Superior Verandah Suite: $47,999. And those are person person, folks. Oh, but they do give you "free" amenities like first class airfare, free wine every day and a bottle of champagne. And look at the itinerary:

Our neighbours are on a world cruise at the moment. They left on 4th January and return on 19th April. They are with Fred Olsen line, but I don't think they paid so much! But yes, that's what I call seeing the world!

Rats. Got it wrong again... I figured you'd look for the guy with the big 'Mac'.
