I bought the pins that you see while onboard. I can leave cutout for you to put any pins in you want, or if I get a sample size of the medallion I'll leave room for it. I plan on putting our medallion instead of the 3 pins I put there. This was done as part of my gift exchange gift.

By the way I would like to order 6 medallions. Is Susan taking the orders?...Mark

MARK!!!! You are GOOD!! So talented!!!!

I lOVE IT!!!! Now i gotta have one!!!

Bringing the Magic Home or Bringing Home the Magic...who cares!! I just LOVE IT!!

My parents are going to want one too!!!!

Thanks so much for showing it to us!!! ;)

Now let me see if i can find some more $$ in the couch somewhere!! LOL!!

This trip is costing me, actaully Bob, $$$$$$$$$$$ than i thought!!!!

(gonna show this to Andy??? he really is going to have regrets!!)

MARK -- again you amaze us :earseek:

That is a truly beautiful and artistic design. I know I'm onboard to buy. I betcha DCL itself won't have anything that nice

Question -- that round picture below the pins, will that be a part of the frame or do we have to buy something to put there?

Great job. Cathy

Everything is cut out using a computerized mat cutter...Mark

Uhh Mark...
As per the Guy's thread the Brotherhood price is NOT to be disclosed to the Sisterhood!!!!
Don't let them know they're subsidizing our purchases.... ;)

Cheers,
Grumbo

It looks great. So even things that aren't cut out like the holes for the photos are lazer engraved kinda? Technology is cool.
nothing is engraved. There are 2 mats there. Each has different areas cut out. When you put them together you get the derised effect...Mark

Hey Mark - the frame idea looks great - we've got DCL frames on display in our bedroom facing the bed - one of the Magic side by side with one of us - so we can see it every night when we go to bed. Sad or what?

And Izzinmac - thanks pal - I've just picked up your flu bug - took a couple of days to come across the Atlantic but touched down today. So DW is just a little ratty with me 'cos we were supposed to be going ballroom dancing tonight and instead I'm going to bed. But I have to say that catching up with a day's worth of board is very pleasant and helps me ignore the shakes and shivers.

Talking of dancing - any dancers on the board? Could be nice to try for an evening in the Promenade Lounge if there was enough interest?

Impressed with the idea of cafepress for the pin logo to be applied to other things. I keep seeing some negative comments about Zazzle - we were going to go there for Verandahman tshirts - is that a good idea or a bad one?

You people sure do know how to come up with ideas on how to spend money!

We bought our travel insurance. Now I just need DL tickets and transport from the airport to the hotel.

Looking forward to getting out of winter for a few days in Hilton Head next week. It is snowing again here.

Hi Denine - just saw your reference to Hilton Head - we've not made it there yet - is it as good as OKW or Vero? :wave2:

I will only charge whatever the cost of the materials are. I will bring the mats onboard with me and you can then go to local shops like Walmart or similar stores with frame department and pick up a frame with glass that's 16 X 20 size. It's a standard size that usually comes in many syles and is usually priced pretty inexpensively. My costs would be less, but the shipping costs would bring it above what you can buy locally...Mark

Mark,

The check is in the mail, a very "LARGE" check!!! The frame looks awesome, and a nice looking couple with the captain, to boot!!!

I take 2!!
yeah i seen those 16X20 frames all over..

Excellent job Mark .... of course we will need one too :)

All these extras are great !

I was going to order the Zazzle T-Shirts -- since I've never done a transfer before .... are there a lot of problems with them? :worried:

Mark - where on Long Island are you guys from - I stayed for a long weekend in a house in the Hamptons many years ago and went touring around. In Sag Harbor the local sheriff seemed to be might interested in helping out us poor tourists - but it became very clear that he was trying to steer us to a couple of places which would probably give him some commission for getting us there. Nice and friendly!

My husband and I love to dance. We always wish there'd be an old-fashioned, honest-to-goodness dinner dance club that you could just go to and dance all night! :dancer:

Mark - should have said please can you count us in for two frames

Many thanks

Looks awesome Mark! Even more elaborate than you described last nite. I thought we decided in chat last nite that "Bringing the Magic Home" was grammatically correct (not BHTM)?
BHTM on the pin design is for looks, not grammar ;)

MARK - no matter what Aunty Brat says, you rock - the frame is gorgeous!!!

I'm thinkin' each family in our group might want one (or two) ;)

OK Invaderzim - you're first on the list :Pinkbounc :rolleyes1 :dancer:

Mark - I am truly in awe of your artistic talent. :worship: :worship: :worship:

It looks absolutely incredible, and I'VE GOT TO HAVE ONE!!!!
(Well, actually two :teeth: - Auntie Kay will need one for her Disney Room at home too!)

You are amazing to do this for us. Will you be OK with dragging all the mats to LA yourself??? I don't mind paying shipping if it makes things easier for you.

Thank you so much!
Arlene

:dancer: i love to dance but i have yet to go those Dance Clubs. Been on 4 DCL cruises and has not been there yet...It is no fun when there is no one else to go with other than DH  and don't know anyone there.

I think the ships of Fools are going to take over the clubs!!! :hyper2: :rockband: :drinking1 :dancer: :cool2: :cool1:

Mark - The frame is AWESOME - I love it.

Please put me down for one set of the mats - let me know how much money to send you.

You creative people are costing me a fortune.... All this stuff I just cant seem to live without - LOL.

The story of my life. Hello, my name is Ginny and I am a shopaholic!!!!
