Welcome back, Melinda! I'm still at work but we'll do our best to protect the "Sisterhood" in your absence.

One bright spot today was going to the 100th Annual Toronto Santa Claus Parade with Martin and Lara. We had a wonderful time (even though the office called while I was down there) and the weather was lovely - sunny and mild! We don't get very many parade days like that!

Our American friends were well represented today, with marching bands from Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, and Ohio all taking part.

I'm sure she deserves this vacation! No doudt she must work extremely hard to take care of her home and family. Boy, Bob has it easy in comparison. He leaves in the morning for work, sitting behind a desk, while his assistants do all the real work. He then comes home to a clean house with supper on the table. She not only deserves this vacation, they should book 2 more while onboard!! That Bob is one lucky guy!!

I am a SAHM, although my son live 2000 miles away. I must admit I do very little. Today is normal laundry day. I got up at 6am or so to take Max for his first of the morning walk. I made my new door wreath. That's all I have to do. Life is hard! My husband left for Buffalo NY yesterday and is due back at midnight or so tonight. Hismother is coming on Wednesday for the holiday. I already have the guest room clean and pretty.

All I have to do is DIS.
