I really like the design. I'm glad the shirts came out nice. I went to the store and bought the Avery iron-on dark transfer pack you were talking about. I'll let you know how they come out. BTW, I haven't started my FE yet...just can't seem to be in the mood to pull out my nana's sewing machine.

We got the iron on's printed now need to iron them on. We had to play around a bit as we are doing both front / back transfers and had to do some re-sizing on Mickey's head. Hopefully the transfer part will work.

The magnetic signs were a bust last night. The paper kept not lining up right in the printer and the designs were no good. I think rather than spending more money and attempting I will see if Staples can run them. I did copy the designs to cd.

I have been working on door magnet designs and now have a bunch done. Yesterday I printed a few on paper, used self-sealing laminating pouches (Scotch brand found at Target), and put magnetic strips on that. It works great. The laminating pouches make the paper thick and it seemed easier and cheaper than the magnetic paper. I will be continuing to work on the magnets today.

We also went out and bought a bunch of t-shirts yesterday. I am first trying these shirts where you use a flour/water mixture to make a spiral Mickey head and then spray paint around it to make the design. The instructions from the DISigns board seemed pretty easy but the 1st shirt we tried did not turn out real well. I will be attempting it with another shirt with modifications.

So many projects...so little time!

Happy Anniversary!

I never did get to starting my FE...I ordered one on ebay - just not enough time for FE, magnets, shirts, laundry, packing etc etc. Daily life keeps getting in the way of my Disney plans. I did buy some nice gifts to put in the FE's (well I bought 1/2 of what I need). Hope everyone is having fun getting ready.

Dana - how are we doing with the bracelets?

Oh, btw, I think we might be adding to our FE list...six more kids....they are going to PM by Friday/Saturday.

Lately it seems life is getting in the way of Disney (how dare it!) All I have been doing is feeding the OCD monster in me. List making constantly in my head and paper (mainly in my head)
1. packing lists
2. itinerary possiblities with ADRs (OCD really kicks in here)
3. ideas for FE gifts ( about half done and now you tell me more shopping --see #5)
4. clothing lists
5. what's left to shop for (this list I love)
6. Lists for the house sitter
....
Its driving DH crazy.

The wristband total still stands at 64. I updated the list of families that I have not heard from. (not sure what page but a few posts back) Which leads to the next question--what to do with the other 36. We have to have a minimum order of 100. Anyone have ideas? Do we split up the other bands and costs? Wait till the meet for others who might purchase?

I can't believe it is getting this close. Soon I can let it all go and be

Forgot to mention DS starts Junior Tackle Football on Monday. That's five nights a week of practice!! Talk about cutting into Disney time! Positive spin--usually DH takes him and I can plan and pack with my helper (DD) in a peaceful house.

Guess what I got today??? Cruise Documents!!!! It is starting to feel so real - we are excited!

No fish extender yet though...this is a bad situation. I am thinking I am going to give into the ebay temptation.

I did finish some great shirts today though and that was fun. If I can figure out how to post pictures and make them stay, I will post a picture of them.

Since we are going to WDW 1st, the days are passing quickly and there is just so much to still try to get done.

If the other people PM me they would then need a total of 12 wristbands, so that helps. I am sure we could get a few more people to take extras or we could split them up and split up the cost with everyone.

Thanks again for doing this. It is going to be fun to have something to keep after the cruise.

I am fine with either wording - don't think it really matters.

Also, I know we are trying to get a few more bands ordered. I have asked for 4 but would really take/pay for 6 of them. This way when the kids misplace one of theirs, I will have an extra one for them. I also have no problem with upping the price a bit to cover the cost of the minimum order.

I am happy that you found this and are taking care of it all for all of us going. Thanks!

Well , my family is officially at 19 days. Since I now have all the vacation and cruise documents, it feels like I had better get moving and stay focused.

I pulled out the luggage and am starting to pack things up. Since we are going to be at WDW world for so long, we are bringing a lot of stuff. Does anyone know how much luggage fits under the bed on the ship? What do you do with all your luggage? I am looking at all of this and am a bit concerned. Also, I have read posts about packing hangers if you have a lot to hang - I am wondering how much is a lot? Like I would really find room to pack hangers but I am a bit concerned about this as well.

Also, my dresses might need to be pressed after being packed so much. Has anyone had their clothes pressed on board? Was it reasonable in price?

I am going to get an early start today on crafts since I hope to finish all my door magnets today! Talk later!

If you know what gifts you are putting in the FE's, would you mind PM'ing me so that when people ask about duplications, I can tell them. I won't let your secrets out I have 9 out of the 14 already. But, if you really want it to be a surprise, you don't have to tell me anything!!!
