Hi everyone! My name is Cathy and as you may know, I am traveling with Donald & Daisy Duck. It's me, my DH Rickey, DD(15)Carina, DD(13)Alexa and DD(13)Brianna - yes they are twins, but do not look alike. I have been having alot of fun shopping for my fish extender. I've been to alot of dollar stores, but haven't found any yet. I am not on the computer that often, so that is why I haven't posted here before. Can't wait to meet everyone!!

Amy from the Creative DISBoards helped me make my door sign. Her email address is amy@amymickey.com . She's known as M_I_C_K_E_Y on the DIS. She also has a website where you can check out some designs she's already made. I just picked one and had her personalize it for me, but she said she'd make something else if you didn't see one you want.

Dizzy- That is such a great idea on the door sign. I always run out of ink and it's so expensive. I might make enough with the same idea, just because...

my mom says she cannot wait to meet everyone in the promenade lounge. She will be the one looking for her children with a martini in her hand. Her favorite part of last years cruise was the martini party and is hoping this bunch is up for a martini sequel.

Has your mom read some of these posts? If she hasn't, try to get her involved. She'll love meeting the people here. IMHO they sound like a fun bunch. By your description she sounds like she'd fit right in.

Since the call went out I have had an excellent response. So far wristband total is up to 59 and there are about 9 families yet to respond. The deadline is still a few days away (7/20)

I have a dedicated sewing room. And as with most people who sew--lots of material and lots of projects (that never seem to get done) Never thought of the pillowcase idea though. That seems simple enough.

A finished STD pillowcase is 30 long x 20 wide. Pretty straight forward sewing. My kids friends even ask for them. Easy, inexpensive, and great for all interest and celebrations. I'm even faster now that I have a serger. I've got my own little sweat shop going on in my dining room.

Hi everyone, this is acmans dw, we had luck with FE at the dollar store, (they were in the hand towel section against the back wall of the store). Then we were out shopping and found some even better ones in Target in the bathroom/closet organizing section of the store. They were larger than the dollar store and zippered with 3 pockets. But it sounds like you all have great ideas. My dd's cali girl and disneyfreak103 are at camp so its quiet here at home, hot too 116 today! cant wait to get away!! 30 days from today!!!!!! see ya all soon!!!!!

Finally ordered the Winnie the Pooh FE wall organizer on E Bay...$5.99...plus ship....oh well.....no more time to look. We don't have them at Target.....or $1 store.

Did score loads of great keychains at boardwalk in Venice.....and Post cards...so we're making some headway.

Waiting for my door sign....should be here anytime.

Almost ready to pack....now...I need "stuff" for my dreadlocks........

Its.....all......coming......together. We seem to have a great bunch together and I am sure the teens are going to have a blast. We have started working on the T-shirts. As we are not crafty this should be interesting.


Just wish I had heard from some people going on the 3 day 8/16-8/19---never had any response there. Oh well we will be rested and ready to roll come that Sunday.

DH did a really good job. I will try and post a picture when it is totally finished...the decorating of it is my department

The Tshirts were a breeze. I used Avery (purchased at walmart) dark tshirt transfer/iron on. I even used it on the white tshirts that way you don't have to try to reverse the image prior to printing it out.

Amy (creative DISign thread)designed this for us to wear on our arrival to WDW i am still debating on wearing it again for boarding the cruise.
