I have heard back from the wrist band company...not sure the color is right. I asked Donald and Daisy Duck for some help. I will let you all know if color is right. I am not sure of how many to order Reimbursing me at the DIS meet only makes sense...why pay postage to send money when I be seeing you all soon

And an upcoming cruise perfect excuse to do more IMO. At least that is what I tell my husband. "Oh, that would be great for the cruise....we need that for the cruise..."

The wristbands will be customized to color....but the next question is

You don't have to be in the "fish extender" gift exchange to want to purchase a wristband.

Been away for a few days - LOVING all the activity on this board!
FWIW, Here are my votes:
Gifting:Kids for sure, optional adults
Location: DS7 is excited to be "secret Mickey", so we'll be door-delivering
Ribbon vs. lei: I'd prefer the ribbon - more versatile
Wristbands: No opinion. I don't think I'd want names, but if you're thinking "DISney Wonder 2007" or similar, that would be a great souvenir.
I might see some of you at the spa, I'm planning the Rainforest.
I have already purchased some gifting items (I'll PM), don't have a FE yet, but there will be something.
Jen - GREAT sign! I think I'll ask her for one, as I have a 3-step hurdle:
1. Not creative
2. Not photo-shop or similar savvy
3. No time

Can't wait to meet everyone! -D.

Although I love my lime green lei, we did only use them for the first day. I agree that the ribbon is the easiest.

Wristbands: I don't think I'd want names, but if you're thinking "DISney Wonder 2007" or similar, that would be a great souvenir.

Feels like I have been away forever - you all have been busy making plans and I am just getting started! Life has just been too busy until now. I think we are finally ready to focus on finishing our plans, packing, and then on with the trip!

I will attempt to read through all the posts so I have a better idea of what is going on.

I think the wrist bands are a great idea! Are they being personalized with something about the cruise? Our family would love 4!

I think the gift deal would also be fun for the kids. DD (11) and DS (7) would enjoy getting and receiving. I will have to find a fish extender. I was just at the dollar store today but didn't even look - this will go on my list of things to do. I need to read through all the posts and see if I can figure out how the exchange is going to work.

We leave in 27 days (going to WDW first) and are so excited to be getting serious about the plans! Can't wait to meet up with everyone!

Yes...ribbons out, leis out, Wristbands in -

My opinion...let's personalize it.. I like what benseven's idea on the personalization.

Loved the picture of the wristband, something like that saying is fine also.
