I will be sailing with you! This is the first Disney cruise for myself and my extended family. Coming with me are my two sons (will be 8 and 6), my daughter (will be 21 months), my mother-in-law, my father-in-law, and my brother-in-law and his wife. My husband has an aversion to cruises so he is not coming on the Dream but he will meet us in WDW after.

We will be at Universal for two days prior to the cruise (Harry Potter!) and then we will be doing WDW for 7 days after the cruise (staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge.) My in-laws are awesome and paying for the entire trip!

The ship is beautiful, take some time to walk around it and enjoy the surroundings. If you have children the kids clubs are excellent (we can’t get our children out of them!) I personally don’t like the children's and the main pool areas, they are too busy and crowded for my liking, the adult pool area is nice and the cove cafe is a quiet spot to get a posh coffee! The service in the restaurants is good and the cabin stewards are very good. We like Paulo for a treat, the food has never been less than excellent. Not tried the Spa, but have used the steam room and showers in the locker rooms, very nice facilities. Castaway Cay is great! We usually try and rent a cabana as a treat (its the only “ excursion " we do). The Dream is wonderful, we will be sailing on it for years to come !
