Hello! We prefer to wait till we board and be surprised, but some people do call and request specific rotations. It will be on the bottom of your key card with the letters in the order you are to dine.

I guess what I should have asked was what are the nights when the restaurants repeat. I am trying to book Remy, but I only want to do it on a repeat dining room night. I don't care which restaurant I'm in each night, so the specific rotation doesn't matter to me.

Well, your repeat should be the last night, same location as night 3. If you have Animators Palate you would miss the show though, if that's important to you. You could call and request a specific rotation and then try to book Remy. Hope this helped.

I'm okay missing the AP show and/or the last night show. I just want to make sure I experience all 3 dining rooms since it's such a quick cruise.
