August 17, 2013 - A Fantasy Cruise to Paradise

Hi All - I hope I'm doing this correctly! This is my first post on this board and my first Disney Cruise. My name is April, and I'll be traveling with my DH Stefan and my 3 kids - DS Parker (age 7), DS Eli (age 5) and DD Ruby (age 3). Just booked my cruise about 15 minutes ago!

I'd like to join the FE; I've read all about them and am very excited about it!

Oh, but it looks like I can't PM to join the FE, because I've only got 1 post (well, this is #2). What should I do?

Hi April and welcome! Karin (Dizneat) is organizing the FE. I'm sure she'll be in touch soon to arrange adding you to the list. It should be easy to work around the PM. I'm glad you've joined the group!

You must be so excited about booking your cruise only a few days ago. And I am delighted to hear that you are joining the FE.

I have already added you to the list of participants and since you have already posted all your names and kids ages I can easily add you to the detailed list (link is at the very bottom of this post) too! All i am missing is your stateroom number. If you already have it, just post it here - no PM necessary and if you don't, then please let me know as soon as you do.

I am sure you are going to love cruising with Disney. It is really good fun and they look after you well.

We did the Eastern Caribbean in July of '09 on the Magic. We are so excited to see the new ship!!! Can't wait to visit Castaway Cay again...too much fun! Looking forward to meeting lots of great people!

Our first cruise was in 2009 too!
We sailed on the Wonder in August. This cruise will be the second leg of a back to back and our 12th cruise. Talk about addicted.
The new ships are awesome - as beautiful as the classic ones, just LARGER! Animator's has a different "show", and the dining rooms look different, but the service is just outstanding!

There are lots of very nice and knowledgeable people around here. You are going to have lots of fun counting down to our cruise!

So nice to see someone from Manitoba! I was born in Winnipeg, but haven't been back since we moved many years ago. My kids and I are planning to get up there sometime in the next 2 or 3 years.
