Bad news...................Hopie, was up from midnight till about 3:18 this morning vomitting again. They think it is from the anti-botic and she is allergic to it. But she is wiped out home again today. So school is not going to be happy with me if we do end up going away since she now missed two days last week and two days this week, plus three for vacation.............................UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear this trip is not meant to be after all!!

I say as long as she's getting better, take her! Kids are only kids once and when they get to middle school and high school it only gets harder to make up the work, so take them now while it's still fairly easy to make up the work. Plus half of the absences are excused so it really shouldn't be that big of an issue. I say go, run to Florida land of the warm and sunny! OK, maybe that last part was because we got more snow last night, another 2 hour delay at school and another foot or so of more snow comming on Friday! will it ever end?!?!

Candy and I are cruising on the Wonder Repo in Jan and wanted to do a zip-line excursion. It looks like there are two options. One in Costa Rica and one in Puerta Vallarta. Does anyone have any knowledge of these? Not sure which one would be best. Thanks...

Hi all! It's been so long since I've checked in that I'm not even going to try to back and read all your posts. I hope all is well with everyone and you're surviving winter. Life's been busy here - I've been having some health issues. Don't want to say much now as I'm still having tests done. I was getting ready to take an online course but it my have to wait now as there's not enough time and attention to devote to it.

Well, that announcement about the new stuff on the ship was exciting. Mini-golf anyone? I'm looking forward to swimming up and getting a drink. Yummmm!! Just wanted to pop in and say hi.

I am missing disney. August was our first trip and we had a great time. We will not be back until the cruise, but I am missing it. Is that weird?

It is freezing rain here in MN. Not fun to drive in. It is supposed to turn to snow--snow ontop of ice--yippee! Hope everyone else has better weather.

I haven't heard from Kristin all day, so I am assuming she got on the plane today!!!

It's so gross outside this afternoon, YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't have any trouble driving except that I ran out of washer fluid, but I left early enough.

Made it!!!! It was very wet and a bit slick but I ran in an industrial strip mall parking lot. The worse was the cold rain but I am getting used to that.

Very proud of myself tonight since I actually did a full 5K tonight!!!! I am working so hard on my diet and exercise because I want to be in great shape for our next trip! When I started at the beginning of January, I did not think I could make 5K even walking. Tonight I did it and was able to maintain basically a 12 minute mile (11'52")!!!! I would like to think that as soon as the roads are not as icy, I will be faster (I get scared of falling when I get to some spots and have to slow down).

I can now get comfy for the night and enjoy some rest! Have a good one!
