New York should be well represented on this cruise. I just booked a Cat 8b and got stateroom 9002 way up front. This will be our second cruise and the kids are very excited. Me, DW, DS (13), and DD (10) at the time of the cruise are looking forward to planning a great cruise with you all. -HarborWhaler

Anyone, going to consider booking one of the cabannas on CC??

I am going to check out the cabanas on CC - hopefully they are not too over the top in price. I will have 14 members of my family going and a cabana might be a nice "home base" for CC

My DD will be 9 when we cruise! OMG, where does the time go?!?!

We've done meets on past cruises. One was inside a lounge, not my fav. Who wants to be inside a dark bar when we're ready to sail out to sea.

Last cruise we did a meet at the Goofy pool. We sold 400 bracelets so we could i.d. each other. It was described as a roudy craps game with a woman drinking out of a bottle of champagne (that was me)!

I finally got a call for the biggest job of my life! I did a phone interview yesterday and have a face-to-face next week in NYC. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!! I want this job so bad, I need this job so bad!!! I will be crushed if I don't get it. I'll take any and all advice...

The cabanas are a great idea!! We have some friends that are considering cruising with us..If we get a larger group I would consider it!! But since we are only silver CC members they will probably be gone by the time we get to book!! Those and the Palo ressie's!!

I figure the cabanas will be outrageous! The ones at WDW waterparks are $250 a day for 6. I bet at CC they will be a lot more!

Don't worry about booking Palo, we'll also have Remeys! I usually book the private room and have a dinner party with my DisPeeps! It's nice for the people who can't get reservations.

Yup, two cruises ago we got chased by Hurricane OMAR, this last cruise in Aug. we got an unplanned DD due to Hurricane Anna and Bill!!!

You and I will be in the same boat! I have rotten hurricane luck. We were on the famous Hurricane Jeanne cruise.

For those on the boards who don't know me, I do hurricane forecasting when we get within 30 days of our sail date. I call them my tropical updates. DH and I (unitl June) are TV people.

Speaking of TA's, OBC and all that good stuff.

I still have a 2010 Wonder cruise booked.

This cruise I booked through DCL. No discount, no OBC. Anyone have a good TA that gives deals and perks if I sell them the reservation? We normally use AAA for a $150 OBC. Not sure if they can offer that with the dream.

LOL, the last two cruises....we had "bad" luck it you want to call it that..........This last cruise though worked out two stops at CC. It was soo nice the itinerary was a bit rushed with so many ports, we did, CC, Cozumel, Cayman Islands, and back to CC. But it was GREAT!!
