Hey Randy, I was telling Candy earlier tonight that we'll be cruising on the Freedom at the same time except mine is the Carnival one. I wonder if we'll be at the same ports on the same days??? That would be cool. We'll be in St. Thomas on the 12th, what day are you guys there?

Welcome! My DS will be 10.5 on the cruise.

Hi Mummum, I think you must have bought the last room on this cruise! Us Dis-ers are taking over the ship! Welcome to our happy little (or big) family. I'm so psyched for this cruise I wish it would just get here already. I have a DD that's going to be 14 and a DS that's going to be 10 so our kids are close in age.

I didn't realize your DS will be 10 on the cruise. Cool! It's good to see there will be some boys the same age as DS on the cruise.

Good luck with the 7K, I can't even imagine myself running 7K. At this point I can't imagine myself running a 5K. When we all do the Castaway 5K I'll have to try and keep up!

I will be honest....I am signed up for a 7K on the 20th. The whole reason why I signed up - you get a beer at the finish line! Seriously, how can you resist that type of race? We are making shirts that say "WILL RUN FOR BEER"

Evening Everyone!

It was a very stormy and raining day here! The great thing is it stopped in time for us to go running tonight. It was a really good run for DH and me. We did 5K in 33 minutes and then did one mile of walking as a cool down. I am starting to feel pretty good about how we are doing and will begin to look for more races to sign up for soon!

Hi Everyone!

Just checking in to say "Hello" to everyone. Hope all is well with you all. The board has been very active, how cool! And some great friendships growing and beginning.

I've been absent lately, but I keep thinking about how wonderful this cruise will be. We are planning a May trip to WDW and I am anxious for that. It will be much deserved!

I am currently dealing with a few things right now and am just exhausted. I found a lump on my thyroid in Dec and just now got in for a fine needle biopsy. I am waiting for the results. Hoping it comes back benign, I am truly scared. The surgeon I saw for the FNB was so non-chalant about taking out the thyroid, but I know that if it is cancerous, I will be dealing with more than "just taking it out".

And then, my company informed our office that we will be closing the office in September, so I am worried about that, too.

Sorry to such a downer!! I am thankful for so many things, I really am blessed!! I pray that it will all work out fine and then I can conentrate on these awesome trips coming up!!!

I am so sorry to read about all the stressful things going on in your life. Most importantly, I hope you get good news from the doctor. I know how scary that is to have the needle biopsy - I had one a bit over a year ago and it was terrifying. I am happy to say that mine came back benign and I will be sending good thoughts your way so that you hear the same.

As for your job, I hope you hear good news about that too. What is it you do? Is it something where you can begin to look for something new now just in case?

I really hope things begin to resolve themselves for you so that you can dream about that wonderful WDW trip you have coming up!

My and our friends just booked tonight!
We are so excited! This will be our 4th Disney cruise and our friends' first.
In my family, it is me (DW), DH, & DS (who will be 4 at the time of sailing). This will be DS's 3rd cruise. He is a cruising baby.

Our friends are a party of 4 - DH, DW, their DD (who will be 4 at the time of sailing), and DS ((who will be 8 at the time of sailing).

Looking forward to getting to know everyone. Boy, do I have a lot of reading to do. You have been a chatty bunch.
