August 16, 2011, Disney Dream - Part 4

Finally just getting to bed after an exhausting day. We went to all 4 Disney parks and hit all of my DD(9) favorite rides. We did the following

Animal Kingdom Dinosaur,Nemo Show, Everest
Hollywood Studios RockNRollercoaster, Tower of Terror, Great Movie Ride
Epcot Mission Space,Soarin,Living with the Land, Journey into Imagination
Magic Kingdom Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Transit Authority, Stitch and watched Spectromagic

Tomorrow is a much neede day to rest before the cruise. DD said it was one of the best days ever so it was worth it.

Wow! I think you're definitely going to need the rest tomorrow. We just went to MK today and everyone is exhausted. So, I can't imagine all 4 parks!

So, how is it that we're in a grand villa and I somehow end up sleeping or should I say not sleeping in a chair?!

Just noticed the time...so my ticker says we have 1 day until the cruise!

Getting ready to crash after a LONG day of MK fun! EMH were a ***** tonight without the monorail running late anymore. No rain at all today - just very hot!

A day of recovery tomorrow (er, today!) then it's off to the Dream!!!

We are on our way to the airport! So excited!!!

Morning Everyone! We are up! It is time to get organized and get out the door! Our flight leaves MN at 7:25 AM but we have a layover in St. Louis...but we should be to FL by 2:40!

Can't believe it is finally here! I will see all of you real soon!!!

Safe travels to all!

We went to the premium outlet mall yesterday, boy did we have fun! Am sitting in the lounge in our boardwalk villa thinking how are we going to fit all our purchases in the luggage for tomorrow

Had a fantastic meal last night at Narcossees and watched water parade from there!

We r just chilling by the pool this morning then think we might head to dtd for lunch.

We are at Dulles waiting for our flight. Everyone is hyper excited to for the cruise. Looking forward to meeting some of you later today!!!

Heading out to the Kennedy Space Center. Ben is excited to see the spaceships!
We are shooting for the 5pm meet at the pool. Can't wait to meet everyone!

First part of the flight....Minneapolis to St. Louis...is done. We now have a short layover and then will get on our flight to Orlando at 11:25.

Sounds like everyone is having a good day and I can't wait to see people at the pool this evening!

We did have a quick change in plans....we will actually be at the Radisson at port tonight. Jude (jbm02), who was suppose to be on the cruise with us, had prepaid for a room there and found out she could change the names on the reservation. She called us last night and offered it to us so we called CI & S and canceled there. We are now just a bit further down the strip but that is fine when the room is free!

Just 24 hours until we will be on board. We cannot wait to be cruising on the Dream. I am just a lurker on the boards, but I hope to run into a few people and introduce myself and my family!

In Orlando! Have checked in to the hotel. We are grabbing some food and then heading out to pick up some drinks for the cruise

Slept in today - a rarity for us at WDW. Headed to the pool and then Sea Raycers

We flew into Orlando at 10am and spent a few hours at typhoon lagoon. We are now headed to CI&S at the port. It is raining, but hopefully it passes quickly. Hope to meet up with everyone for dinner.

We are also staying at the Radisson. We walked over to the Country Inn and suites and met some people heading on the cruise tomorrow. Mosquitos are pretty bad down here.

We had an awesome day today at Blizzard beach on our rain out tickets..7 hours of fun and sun and lots of water!!!! Will head out to the port in the am... Helen..I too am trying to figure out where all our purchases are going to fit

I've been busy packing last minute things. Now I'm going to sit in the tv room with a glass of wine and go through all my notebook of all the dis stuff and cruise paperwork. Kids are super excited but they managed to fall asleep about a second after hitting the pillow at 8pm. It will be a different story for me, I think! I always have a hard time sleeping before a big trip.

Can't wait to meet all of you. Feel like I kind of know many of you already!

Beth, That's amazing. Sarah has never gone to sleep at 8 PM in her entire life unless she was sick. Most schools night she is up until 10 PM and she gets up at 6:30 AM. Missy blames me for Sarah being a Night Owl. Missy certainly is not.
