My DS will be wearing a tux and mickey vest, assuming it arrives in time. (fingers and toes crossed !)

We'll be getting to the dock as soon as I can get DH to drive us there - but as the porters arrive at 10 (according to my cruise docs), probably around then. BTW, susy, thanks for the offer of your family to help me with our bags! I feel like I have friends already ...

We will almost certainly be going to the pool first thing, hope to see you there.

We are new to the site and just found out about this thred from bsustda. we are a family of 13 traveling with grandparents adults 1 teen and 4 kids age 5,7 and 2 that are 8. we would like to meet new people but are not real familure how all this works. i know it is short notice but i can try my best to learn. any info would be great.

Welcome to our thread...Im glad you found us. First and foremost give us a list of names, age (kids) and gender of everyone in your group. Second tell us your plans for the cruise (i.e excursions, spa, etc.) Third, Alohatee who will be joining us on the cruise made goodie bags and we are adding items to the goodie bags so feel free to add something if u like. It's not mandatory . On the first day of the cruise we are going to meet @3:00 pm at the Promenade lounge and give the bags out.

We are also having another meet in Susy's suite but I am not sure if we decided on a time and day.

Read our board at least once a day to be informed of what our plans are.

It's late and I am not sure if I mentioned everything...but I am sure you will read several post from our friends on this board welcoming you and giving you more information. Goodnight

Well DS is all better but I'm getting his sniffle/sore throat. If I'm no better tomorrow it's off to the doctor.

On the bright side we leave for DL in 4 more days.

I'm beginning to freak out with only 2 days left. I just got in from my jog and while out there I was thinking...I only have 1 more run left. Hello all I am seeing that many of you live in CA and are going to DL often. Is there anyone that could possibly pick up a couple golden Mickey ears for us. I understand that they are sold out on board the ship or sell out quickly and I don't want to chance not being able to get them for the kids at least. I could send a money order or whatever you prefer out ASAP or we could pay you on board. Please PM me and let me know.

SO glad you were able to find our thread Chris!! WELCOME to all of your family...there's a few of us who are fairly new to this thread and even to this discussion board, but many who have been here for years!!! Even after 6-7 wks of communicating with them all - i feel like when we gather for our first DIS meet at 3 on Sat in the Promenade Lounge, i'm going to be meeting up with long lost friends!!!
On Page 57 or 58 of this thread, Arlene (Alohatee) has posted the most recent list of families, names, ages as well as what everyone is doing and when (at least the info she has received)!! It's easy to find - it's a wonderfully long list and her icon under his sig is Puumba!!
Again - welcome to our 'family' and will see you in less than a week!!!
