We would be interested in joining your tour. However we have a family of 6 adults, two kids ages 5 and 7 and two infants ages 1 and 2. Think Frank might be able to get another driver. Where are you going. I just started to email Frank on a different chat line. We might be interested in going to the old colonial town and mining town outside of town, lunch at the place called Tony's and then swimming at a hotel pool. Let me know what you had planned for your tour. Are you from Hawaii. I grew up in Manoa in Oahu. In fact my DM and DSi, SBL, and DN1 are coming from Hawaii for the cruise. I now live in San Bruno CA and my other DSi and DBL and DN2 are from Livermore, CA. DMIL lives in San Francisco.

Boy it took me awhile to find it -but here's the instructions below that i 'COPIED' from LisaTX (thank you Lisa)...her instructions were good - and i was able to follow them very easily! Looking forward to seeing yours!!!!

The picture must be stored on the internet first. You don't have to design a website, just upload your photo to a site. We have a free photo storage site right here on the DIS.

The DIS Photo Gallery

You'll log in there using the same name and password you use on the DIS. After you log in, click on the upload photos button and follow the instructions.

After you've uploaded your photo, click on your photo so that it opens in a new window. Right click on the photo, click on properties, then highlight and copy the URL. It should look something like this:

Go to your user cp > edit profile> scroll down to the signature box, and then paste the URL where you would like it to appear in your signature. Be sure to type

after the URL. There can be no spaces, carriage returns or extra characters in there.

Hey All - is everyone making DOOR SIGNS? Been reading thru so many other threads for previous cruises and for the August 6th one - and all the DIS'ers have done that....some even made a different one for different days/events!!!! What a newbie i am!!!

We will be driving down at 2am on Saturday morning for a 10:30 arrival time at the port. Then we will drop off my DW Irene, DS 7 Matthew, DD 5 Carolyn and DM and DMIL and go park the car. Just starting to pack some stuff that is around the house. No suit cases out yet just a plastic trash bag with stuff I am sure I will want to bring along.

What are people doing in Cabo. We don't have any plans yet and have never been there. I was thinking of just walking around town and then trying to find a hotel where the kids could use the pool. Does anyone know of any organized tour leaders like Matzalan Frank?

I made a small door sign for us and I may make one for the in-law/mother cabin. Haven't decided yet. I think it will be fun.

Thanks for the info Doc - been looking for someone who might be flying into LAX approximately same time we arrive (which is 10:40) - boy NOW i WISH i had taken the earlier flight!!! Depending on baggage and the Disney shuttle - we may not get to port till noon - oh well - i'll be looking for all of you who were smart to arrive so early!

WOW!! It IS almost here!!! This excitement is better than waiting for Christmas morning!!!! I have a full schedule between now & July 31st, but Aug 1-Aug 12 will probably drag out....guess i better save my 'packing' for those two wks to help pass the time !!!

So many posts! I'm glad we have a big group now.

Lets see...

In Cabo we plan to just walk around on our own, and DH's one request is that we go to Cabo Wabo(Wabo Cabo...whatever???). With the kids and being there during the day I dont see us really partying there but he just wants to go to say he was there.

No door signs here. I have been so busy with work, and the kids that I'm taking every spare minute to get ready for our trip next week. Unfortunately, I wont be getting ready for this trip until last minute...and that is SO not like me.


Congrats, Nancy on getting the Fantasmic Buffet. You can wave to us in the crowd that night, LOL! And thanks for the 1 month reminder!!! Since I keep thinking of the day we leave as the countdown day, I didnt even realize it.

wow, all this happening here!!

no plans for us in cabo. did have the scenic bay drive/tour thing booked. heard there's a costco nearby, and DH might want to go check that out. i know, crazy! but he loves going to different costco just to see different things being sold there. (no comment!) i guess it's his vacation too...i want to go look for the del sol store! so no plans! we'll just have to go w/the flow & see what happens.

i hope those of you going w/mazatlan frank get everything settled! sounds like a fun filled full day!

one more month! yay!! have been reading prior cruisers' trip reports! the excitement is brewing!!!!

starting to pack for our sd trip. DS6 has been counting the days for that one. he's really excited about legoland!

can't wait to meet all of you! do you recall when i made a comment about our "mental" image of everyone? i'm really curious as to if my mind pix fit the actual person/people when we see each other! i know, crazy thing to obsess over! whatever pops in my head is what i type...

There is a rainforest cafe in Downtown Disney. However the good lunch and dinner times get booked out fast. If you are visiting you should give them a call and set up at day and time. Also good to eat at Naples Just outside of Disneyland and DCA. Also need to make a reservation. We always eat at Naples when we go down to Disneyland. Also they have Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel for B/L/D. However we have never eaten breakfast there. Don't want to waste the morning eating a long breakfast, rather be on the ride with no line. Phone number to Disneyland dining is Disney 714-781-3463. You can also make reservations for the Blue Baiyoo (I know this is not how to spell it) in New Orleans square. This is in Disneyland and is a great place for a sit down lunch. It is inside the pirate of the carribbean ride. Also get booked out really far. Other Character lunch or dinner that is neat is Ariel Grotto in DCA. Nice fun place to see Ariel and the other Disney characters. They used to give your kids a sand bucket and shovel also.

nice pix, everyone! now i have to wait for DH to get home, and have him show me how i can put up our picture! it sure helps in visualizing everyone! but the intrigue & surprise is also fun!

anyways...rainforest cafe...if you have the vip card from there, you don't need reservations. just show their card, and you basically bypass all the line! it was only around $10. well worth getting it, if you plan on going there often. or is you have one near you. you get a free appetizer, when you show them your card, or a discount (10% off maybe?) and every now & then, they send you coupons in the mail. it's a really fun place to eat!

Does anyone know for sure what time the Magic sails from Mazatlan. On the Disney web site it says 4:30pm but on all ear net the navigator says 7:30. We made Palo reservation for around 6:30 pm and am thinking about doing the city tour with Mazatlan Frank but want to make sure we make it back to the ship at the right time so that we can make dinner.
