Hey guys! Just got home from visiting a friend in the hospital. She had identical twins on Monday!!! They are too cute!! I didn't want to leave, lol. I'm going to have to find her some princess stuff at the World of Disney.

Oh Cara! Identical twin girls...how fun!!! My twins are identical too... funny thing though, the dr told us they were not! (long story, but medicine has come a long way in 8 years I suppose...) Anyway, they looked so much alike as they got older (and not so much like Matt) that we thought hmmm, this is very strange) so we had them DNA tested and sure enough - 99.9998% identical!!!

I'm sure you will be able to find adorable princess stuff for them... I never got to dress up little girls. We only have boys in my family - my sister has 2 as well!

Rae - Pirates lost 2-1 in the 10th.

I called my TA about my cruise docs. She said everything was in except one document, the transfer for DCL bus back to the airport. She had to call and was waiting until that arrived. I should be able to pick them up tomorrow. I can't wait to have them in my hands!

Anyone notice the bucco game is tied 1-1 in the 8th inning? Wonder how many innings they'll have to play tonight ( before another bad call is made)? 12 more days!

I hope that the division is not decided by one game.....that would not be good for baseball.

I would love to see the Pirates & the Phils.....that would be awesome.

I'd like to see the Phils and Pirates too. I like the Phils.
But the Flyers are another story. Sorry but I hate the Flyers. It's gonna be an interesting hockey season this year between the Pens and Flyers since Jagr and Talbot signed with the enemy!

I cannot wait for December 29th....Pens vs Cryers at home. I was so pumped when I saw that game was on my half of the season ticket holder plan. Can't blame Max for taking the ridiculously overpriced offer they made him (he is NOT worth 9 million in any way, shape or form), I would've too, but Jagoff??? My boy Brooksy's gonna knock him on the ice so hard he won't know what hit him!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!!

PS - Can you tell I'm just a LITTLE excited for the start of the season to get here? I could pretty much take up an entire thread talking about my boys. LET'S GO PENS!!

PPS - 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! The suitcase is coming out tomorrow night!

I was just going through my "stuff" and I found the dry erase board I bought for the trip. Does anyone else bring one? I put magnets on the back of a cheap one I bought at Target and hang it on the door. It's a good way to let others know where you are, what your plans are and to just say "Hi".

I made a big mickey head (and laminated it) that I put the larger size post it pad onto. Last two cruises we have kept it on the inside of the door and kids had to write notes where they were going and time and DH and I did the same thing if we weren't with the kids. It worked great. Now there are wavephones though although DS says he won't carry one... so I guess we're back to the notepad, ha!

I know that we have one from the last trip, and we were planning on bringing it again. I was talking to Matt about the wave phones because they are new for this trip, and when he found out they cost $250 to replace if they get lost or broken - he said that he would rather come back to the cabin and write us a note on a post it or on the white board!!! (I kinda don't blame him!)

Read my post about!! DS is 15. I guess that wouldn't be cool...like DH and I are going to call him all the time or what? How embarrassing, right?! (Like we have nothing better to do.

Well, we picked up the car tonight. Thankfully it's fixed - but it was $804 Normally I would freak out, but for some reason I didn't. I think the excitement of the trip has sent me into delirium

OUCH....that hurts, we had many years of opportunities, but we have never had success.....but there is always this year.

But actually I have two favorite football teams.

1) The Philadelphia EAGLES

2) Who ever plays the Dallas Cowboys

Let's see, Philly has the dog killer, the Stillers are talking to a recently released convicted felon, The Stiller's QB is a smarm. Let's pay them a lot of money and turn them into idols..................... And still; I'm a fan.
I've been on November cruises where they've shown football games on the screen on deck. Maybe they'll show a preseason or a baseball game?

Cara - we must talk. I love the Pens too- does it get any better than watching Fleury? My chiropractor is also a good friend, my DS rugby coach and the chiropractor for the Pens. He also will adjust dogs and cats on Tuesday nights. I have a standing Tuesday night appt. and I get to play with Pascal's 2 Bernese Mt. dogs and his big grey cat when he's in town and not playing. He's a very nice guy.

Rae - Pirates took the Braves last night 5-2. In Philly tonight Gary!

My work is closed for the day so we can all go to Kennywood (local amusement park). Here's hoping the storms blow away from us. DS is going to the Mayhem Fest Concert outside today too. It would be a good day for good weather but it looks like we're going to get something.

11 days for us.

PS - Oh, and the wave phones? They stay right where they are! DS may be 18 but sometimes he's still a goof. Can't take that kind of risk (please don't tell him I said that!)

Judy, what's a smarm? And what convicted felon? I thought only the bengals hired convicted felons? I haven't been to Kennywood in forever! 11 days for us, too. My FE is coming in the mail today! I can't wait to see them! I thing pgh is going to have a tough time with the Phyllies. I am off work today, also. Oh, Judy, on our last Disney cruise the steelers were playing on Monday night and we watched on the Jombo tron. Kids were swimming nag in the hot tubs and we were laying on lounge chairs. It was great. We beat the broncos to boot!

Judy...Nick and Ian will have to talk. He played a lot of rugby in school and college. He's from England, and actually chose rugby over soccer in college to play, but when he moved over here...soccer took over. Now with the boys it's baseball and soccer - but he loves rugby!

I was sick to my stomach when Eagles signed Vick.....but he truely seems to have changed, and as a quaterback he is exciting. After 10 years of Donovan its good to have a change. Donovan is a great guy who just couldn't get it done.

Big Ben....what he did made me ill also.....but he just got married, hopefully he has changed as well?
