Augh! Tornado watch again!

Wow! I never had this many watches in FL!! There's a tornado watch in effect until 7 p.m. tonight. Augh! Guess I better be converting that inner closet on the first floor to a shelter! Augh!

I do remember a lot of watches in your area! Maybe because it is so flat? I don't remember a lot of them touching down, though.

Its been really weird here this year, we've only had a few watches and one warning. We usually have tons more than that.

On the other hand we've had way more rain than usual but no severe weather.

Hang in their and be vigilant! In my part of the country, tornado watches are a dime a dozen sometimes. The worst thing you can do is ignore them! Be prepared! Flashlights, battery radio with extra batteries, water, etc.

Try not to worry too much about the watches. I'm from Philly and we used to get a bunch of watches during the summers up there. Always pay attention, but what you really should look for are the Tornado Warnings.

If memory serves the watches only mean that the cloud formation is right for a tornado. I've got a watch here too and its bright and sunny.

Torando watch here in Richmond till 7pm as well. Luckily, this is a rare thing. The weather has been really weird the last couple of weeks.

Glad to hear it's rare, Pooh Girl. And after 7 p.m. was the weird weather! I heard the hail hitting my windows during soooooome thunderstorm!
