Aug - What time to book meal?

We are about to book Cafe Mickey and really want to fit everything in.....we going for 3 days with a 3 and 6 yr old.

When do you think /what time is best ?

Just don't want to miss anything....going in Aug so going to be hectic everywhere I expect.

Any advice greatly appreciated

Are you looking to book for lunch or dinner. If you want to see the parade that day (it will be at 7pm) then you would really need to book for 7:45 or later. If you are willing to miss the parade then in the past we have found booking for 6pm works well because that is about the time the characters arrive and not many people are in there before that so it is a bit quieter for a little while until all the people with slightly later reservations arrive. Some people prefer to have lunch there but we have never done it ourselves.

We've been for both lunch and dinner - and enjoyed both. Lunch is much quieter in terms of people ..... and noise! ..... but there's still an upbeat atmosphere, it's just not as lively as at night.

Sometimes it's nice to have a sit-down meal at lunchtime especially when it's hot and the parks are busy.

lunch is lovely!! we always go for lunch!!

we normally aim for 12 noon booking..... means ur prob sat at table by 12:15, ordered by 12;30..... and by that time characters r appearing....

its usually filling up quite a bit by 1pm but i love being in there espec when theres birthday being celebrated!!!!!!!!!!

i think id describe it as a party atmosphere!!!

oh, and if u want to keep costs down - u can share pizza here makes it a very good value character meal....

oh.... do i sound like i love this place??? think ive overdosed on disney tonight
