Aug. Challenge

Well, I'm finally on the board with a single page! lol It was an "assignment" for the Sept/Oct Attitude! so I had to get it done, but there. 1 page.

I'm definitely cropping Friday night and I hope to get much more done by then since I'll have my article and samples (Altered CDs) out of the way, and can get back to my Disney pics from 81!

I scrapped about 7 pages this weekend but I will have to go back and count for sure.

I completed 2 Animal Kingdom pages yesterday. So that brings me up to 12. I am not as happy with my the way my layouts are turning out for my May 2004 WDW trip. I have been using the kits I bought in WDW and I am not sure I like the background papers. They seem to take away from the photos. But it could just be me. I was pleased with the Disney Princess paper though.

Well the weekend started out looking like I wasn't going to get anything done! But Sunday and today turned around and ended up finishing a whole lot of pages and now have 50 total done for the month so far!

Yay! 5 pages done this past weekend, and working on 3 more, but my total so far is 6. Four of them were from my WDW trip back in 1981 when I was just 5 years old.

3 more completed yesterday, that brings me up to 15. I am not currently working on this album (worked on it last month) but thought some might want to see what I have done so far in my 7 x 7 CM Disney album. It is a small scrapbook I am making for my daughter of her first trip to WDW. It isn't yet complete though.

This month I am working on the family 12 x 12 WDW album. Don't have photos of that one yet.

Had a productive weekend (for me anyway...lol). Finished 12 more pages for a total of 28.

Well I know I finished 10 more on Thursday but I forgot to check my tally sheet for the grand total so far before I left the house this morning. Will do that tonight and post an update tomorrow.

Ok, I checked the tally and am at 74 pages for the month so far.

Well it is going on 8pm Sunday night and I know I won't be heading into the scrap room anymore tonight, tomorrow is work and then Scouts in the evening and Tuesday is a 13 hour work day - so I'm done for the month.

Final count is 75 pages.

I did not do one single thing for August. What a draining month. I have over 300 pictures to scrap and am hoping September will be a bang-up month for me and my scrappin.

My final count is going to be 20. That is all I can manage for the month. On the plus side I did sort and crop over 100 photos this weekend.

Class every Tue & Wed night so if you want to swing by one of those days would be great. Wed probably better than Tue since we have faculty meetings which sometimes go long on Tue afternoon.
