Audio Loops. When do they Start and End?

Walking around Disney is like a experience like no other. A Important part of your Experience is the different Audio Loops in many different areas of the Park. I Know alot about Audio Loops, but the thing that always got to me was, When do they Stop Playing after the day? And When do they Start Playing in the Beginning of a New Day. Another Question Would Be Has a Guest been in the park when it all just go, Quiet. I Have been curious to find this out.
